Publication: İlköğretim ikinci kademe öğrencilerine verilen görsel sanatlar dersindeki portre ve otoportre çalışmalarının öğrenciler üzerindeki etkileri
Abstract
Portre resmi, insan var olduğu sürece varlığını koruyacaktır. Portre resmi, resim sanatında sanatsal yaratım bakımından, insanın iç dünyasını en iyi şekilde yansıttığı ve konusu insan olgusu olduğu için insanlık tarihinde kendine geniş bir yer edinmiş resim türüdür. Aynı zamanda otoportre de sanatçının duygularını, güdülerini ve iç görülerini dışa yansıtması açısından büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Portre resmi, binlerce yıldır insanın dış görüntüsüyle iç duygularını yansıtması bakımından merak uyandırmıştır. Otoportre resminin vermiş olduğu duygu “Ben’i benim gözümden görmektir. Boyayı kullanış, fırça vuruşlarıyla insanı içine daha çok çekerek; kendisinin en açık ve nesnel bir değerlendirmesini yapmaktadır. Bu araştırmadaki amaç; Görsel Sanatlar dersinde portre ve otoportre çalışmalarının uygulanması ile çocuğun kendini tanıması ve bunu belli bir ifade aracı olarak kullanmasıdır. Aynı zamanda ilköğretim ikinci kademe öğrencilerine portre ve otoportre resmine karşı bir bakış açısı kazandırılması da amaçlanmaktadır. Böylece öğrenciler sanat eserinin anlatmak istediklerini daha iyi anlayacaklardır. Bu araştırmada, soyut işlem devresindeki çocukların seçilmesi belli bir amaca hizmet etmektedir. Bu yaş grubu içerisinde çocuk, kendisini ve dış dünyayı algılaması bakımından arayış içerisinde olduğu dönemdedir. Bu bağlamda portre resim sanatı çocuğun bu amacına ulaşmasına hizmet edecek niteliğe sahiptir. Portre çalışması yaparak çocuk, kendisini ve çevresinde olup biteni anlamaya çalışır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, İstanbul Rasathane İlköğretim Okulu’nun 8B ve 8C şubelerinden seçilen 50 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. İlk hafta, öğrencilere portre resim sanatı hakkında açıklamalar yapılmış ve örnek portre eserler gösterilmiştir. Gösterilen örnekler ile ilgili öğrencilere sorular sorulmuş ve izlenimleri hakkında yorum yapmaları istenmiştir. İkinci hafta, öğrencilerden portre çalışması yapmaları istenmiştir. Yapılan uygulama sonucunda, öğrencilerin ruhsal durumu ve yeteneklerinin ön plana çıktığı görülmüştür. Bu tez çalışması, resim sanatında önemli bir yere sahip olan portre ve özellikle otoportre resminin, çocuk resmi ile sanat psikolojisine sağladığı faydalar açısından İlköğretim Sanat Eğitimi’nde ne kadar önemli olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Tez, öğrencinin psikolojik durumunu anlamada portre ve otoportre çalışmalarının Görsel Sanatlar öğretmenleri için son derece önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Verilerin sonucunda, Görsel Sanatlar dersi müfredat nde portre resim sanatı ve sanat psikolojisi konularının yer alması önerilmektedir.
Portrait painting, will keep as long as there is the existence of people. In terms of artistic creation, the art of portrait painting is the best way to reflect the inner world of human, and it had acquired a large place itself in human history. At the same time, the artist's self-portrait has also a great importance in terms of reflecting the internal emotions, motives, and insights. Portrait aroused curiosity in terms of reflecting the inner feelings via the external appearance for thousands of years. The feeling given by self-portrait painting is: to see myself from my eyes. The artist makes the most open and objective assessment of himself by taking into the human more using the paint brush strokes. The purpose of this research, the self-recognition of the children and their using this as a expression tool by implementation of the portrait and self-portrait in the Visual Arts course. At the same time, it is aimed to gain an insight into against portrait and self-portrait painting to students of second step of primary school. In this study, selected to children abstract thinking stage serve a particular purpose. Children in this age group, in terms of perception of itself and the outside world is in search of the stage. In this context art of portrait painting has qualities that will serve this purpose of children. Child by making portrait work , try to understand himself and what is happening around. The study sample has consisted of 50 students selected to 8B and 8C branches in Rasathane Primary School in Istanbul. The first week, had made explanations about the art of portrait painting to the students and had shown the samples of portrait works. Had been asked questions about examples of shown to the students and had been asked comment on their impressions. The second week, were asked to make a portrait from the students. As a result of this study, mental state and skills of the students were in the forefront. This thesis study, emphasizes that in terms of its benefits on the paintings of the children and the psychology of art, the portrait and particularly self-portrait painting had how significant a role in the paint art in the Elementary Art Education. Thesis shows that fairly crucial in understanding the psychological state of the students of the portrait and self-portrait work for Visual Arts course teachers. As a result of the data, subject of art of the portrait painting and psychology of art were suggested to be included in the curriculum of Visual Arts course.
