Abstract

FLEKSO BASKI YÖNTEMİYLE ESNEK AMBALAJ ÜRETİMİNDE YAŞANAN PROBLEMLERİN TESPİTİ VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde flekso baskı sisteminin öneminden ve giderek artan pazar payından bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde flekso baskı tekniği ana hatları açıklanmış ve üretimdeki işlem basamakları belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde sektörde yapılan araştırma ile flekso baskı yöntemiyle esnek ambalaj üretiminde yaşanan problemlerin tespiti yapılmış ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde ise tespit edilen problemler gruplanarak en çok problemin baskı sırasında yaşandığı tespit edilmiş ve çözümüne yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

DETETMINATION OF PROBLEMS AND IT'S SOLUTION SUGGESTIONS DURING THE PRDUCTION OF FLEXIBLE PACKAGES BY FLEXO PRINTING SYSTEM In the first part of this thesis, flexo printing system has been mentioned about its importance and the market share. In the second part the main subjects and the steps of production of flexo printing system have been explained. In the third part the marketing survey solution suggestions during the production of flexible packages have been pointed and the solution suggestions have been presented. In the fourth part the pointed problems have been sorted and has been pointed that most problems occurred during printing and the solutions have been suggested. ANIK
