Abstract
Bu çalışmada Turgut Özal’ın Cumhurbaşkanı seçilmesinin ardından ANAP Genel Başkanı olan Mesut Yılmaz tarafından 1991-1999 yılları arasında kurulan üç hükümet incelenmiştir. Bu üç hükümet içerisinde 48. Hükümet yeterli çoğunluğu sağladığı için tek başına oluşturulmuş ancak 53. ve 55. Hükümetler koalisyon hükümeti olarak kurulmuştur. 53. Hükümet ANAYOL Koalisyonu, 55. Hükümet ise ANASOL-D Koalisyonu’ dur
In this study, after Turgut Ozal had been selected as president, the Goverments that were formed by Mesut Yılmaz, ANAP general president, between the years 1991-1999, have been searched and studied. The 48th Goverment in this three goverments, had been formed alone as it had got quorum, however The 53rd and 55th Goverments had been formed as coalition goverments. The 53rd Goverment was ANAYOL coalition,, The 55th Goverment was ANASOL-D coalition.
