Publication: Türkiye’deki üniversitelerde Türk din musikisi eğitimi verilen yüksek lisans ve doktora programlarında 1982-2020 yılları arasında hazırlanan tezler üzerine bir inceleme
Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de yükseköğretim kurumlarının sosyal bilimler enstitülerine bağlı olan İslâm Tarihi ve Sanatları Ana Bilim Dalı ile Türk Din Mûsikîsi Bilim Dalı’nda hazırlanan yüksek lisans ve doktora tez çalışmalarının derinlemesine analizini yapmak olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu sayede, verilen lisansüstü eğitimin bir parçası ve sonucu olan tez çalışmalarının niteliksel özelliklerini ve müzik alanına katkılarını ortaya çıkarmak hedeflenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı bu çalışma genel tarama modelinde hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın konusu doğrultusunda 1982 yılından 2020 yılının sonuna kadar söz konusu ana bilim dallarında tamamlanmış olan yüksek lisans ve doktora tez çalışmalarının tematik ve metodolojik açıdan incelenmesi planlanmıştır. Böyle bir incelemenin yapılabilmesi için tezler öncelikle ana temalar altında gruplandırılmış, daha sonra ise konularına, yöntemlerine, türlerine, kurumlarına göre alt kategorilere ayrılmıştır. Tez ile ilgili daha önceden tespit edilen yıl, tür, yazar cinsiyeti, yöntem, danışman, üniversite vb. unsurlara ait bilgiler tez inceleme formlarına kaydedilmiştir. Elde edilen nitel veriler frekans analizi ve yüzdelik dilim hesaplamalarıyla nicel veriye dönüştürülmüş, tablo ile grafik halinde sunulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır. Ayrıca araştırma kapsamında incelenen 287 adet lisanüstü tez çalışması için biyografik künye tablosu ve tez tanıtım metni hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırma, Türk Din Mûsikîsi alanında hazırlanan lisansüstü tezlerin niteliklerinin tespit edilmesi, müzik alanına katkılarının ortaya çıkarılması, bu alanda çalışma yapmak isteyen araştırmacılara kaynak teşkil etmesi açısından önemli bulunmakta ve daha önce yapılmamış bir çalışma olması bakımından özgün değer arz etmektedir.
The aim of this study is to make an in-depth analysis of the master's and doctoral thesis studies prepared in the Departments of Islamic History-Arts and Turkish Religious Music affiliated to the social sciences institutes of higher education institutions in Turkey. In this way, it is aimed to reveal the qualitative characteristics of the thesis studies, which are a part and result of the graduate education provided, and their contributions to the field of music. This study, in which qualitative research methods were used, was prepared in the general screening model. In line with the subject of the research, it is planned to examine the thematic and methodological aspects of the master's and doctoral thesis studies completed in the Department of Turkish Religious Music from 1982 to the end of 2020. In order to carry out such an examination, the theses are first grouped under the main themes, and then divided into subcategories according to their subjects, methods, types and institutions. Information about the previously determined year, genre, gender of the author, method, versity, etc. related to the thesis was recorded in the thesis review forms. The qualitative data obtained were converted into quantitative data by frequency analysis and percentile calculations, presented and interpreted in tabular and graphical form. In addition, biographical imprint table and thesis introduction text were prepared for 287 graduate thesis studies examined within the scope of the research. This research is considered important in terms of determining the qualifications of the graduate theses prepared in the profession of Turkish Religious Music, revealing their contributions to the field of music, providing resources for researchers who want to work in this field and is of original value in terms of being a study that has not been done before.
