Abstract
KURUMSAL İNSAN VE ONUN PSİKOLOJİSİ Birçok kurum, değişen koşullarda birbirleri ile rekabet edebilmeleri için kendilerini geliştirmek zorundadırlar. Bu yüzden günümüzde her kurum çalışanlarına yönelik farklı metotlar geliştirmektedir. Çünkü çalışanlar kurum için çok önemli unsurdur. Kurum içinde yöneticilerin çalışanların problemlerini dikkate alıp ilgilenmeleri, çalışanların istekli çalışması açısından önemlidir. Bunun yanında, yöneticilerin kurum içi iletişime önem vermeleri gerekmektedir. Onlarla problemleri hakkında yüz yüze konuşan yönetici, çalışanların iş yaşamındaki motivasyonunu kolaylıkla sağlayacak ve başarıyı elde edebilecektir. Bununla birlikte çalışanlarda böyle bir ortamda verimli çalışabilecek ve iş yaşamındaki stres de ortadan kalkacaktır. Bunun yanı sıra istekli çalışan bireyler problemlerini de kolaylıkla çözebilecekler, kurumda çatışma da ortadan kalkacaktır. Kurumda oluşacak değişim dönemlerinde de panik yaşamayacaklardır. Çünkü problemlerini kolaylıkla çözüp, her duruma uyum sağlayabileceklerdir. Sonuç olarak iletişim kurum içinde çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada da özellikle kurum içi iletişim üzerinde durulmuş ve çalışanların iş yaşamında yaşadıkları bazı problemlerden bahsedilmiştir.
PEOPLE OF THE CORPORATION AND THEIR PSYCHOLOGY All companies, must develop themselves, have to compete with each other in the changing circumstances. So, nowadays every corporation uses different methods for their staff, because their staves are so important for these corporations. If manegers want to work their staff wisely, they have to care, be interested with their problems and their wishes. Also, these manegers should give importance to communication in the company. If they listen to employee's problems and sometimes talk to them face to face, their staff can be motivated in their job easily an work in their job successfully. However, employees, who are motivated in their job, work very well and they have not any stress in their business lifes. On the other hand, if they work wisely, they can solve all their problems easily. So, a company has not any aggressive behavior. They do not get panic to the evolution of the company, because they can solve problems and can accord with every changing circumstances. In conclusion, communication is very important in the corporation. So that, this thesis was mentioned about communication of a company and some problems which employees have got in their job.
