Sanat yapıtında armağan kavramı

Abstract

Bu eser metni armağan kavramı bağlamındaki sanat yapıtının bir ifadesi olmakla birlikte, on yıllık süre içinde sanatçı tarafından üretilmiş armağan yapıtlar üzerinden bunun belgelenmesi çabasıdır. Bunu yaparken izlenen yol: Armağan kavramının ortaya çıkışındaki arkaik örneklere, sanat yapıtının varlığı üzerine, varolagelmiş armağan yapıtlara ve üretilen yapıtlar ile bu kavramların iç içeliğine bir bakıştan meydana gelmektedir.İki ana başlık altında toplanan bu metinde, armağan kavramına, sanat yapıtı olarak armağanın varoluşuna, bu bağlamda üretilmiş örnek yapıtlara yer verilmiş ardından neden armağan yapıtlar üretildiği sorusu ile bu bağlamda üretilmiş eserlere odaklanılmıştır. Diğer ana başlık altında ise armağan yapıtın kapitalizm düzeninde var olabilme ve sürdürülebilme olasılıkları değerlendirilmiştir. Son olarak sergilenecek eserlere dair belirlenimler ve değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.This text is both a statement on the artwork in the context of the gift concept as well as an attempt to document the works realized by the artist over a period of ten years. In this course, reference is made to the archaic societies in which the gift concept first appeared, then the existence of the gift concept in existing art works is demonstrated, and then selected artworks that have been created in the idea of the gift concept until now are analyzed in these contexts.In the first chapter, the existence of the artwork as a gift is described and illus-trated by examplary works produced in this context; the question as to why the artist produces an artwork as a gift is addressed. Furthermore, an archeology of the works of the artist in this context is described. In the second chapter, the gift concept is discussd in the context of capitalism and it is attempted to find a way in which a gift economoy can be implemented. The text closes with an identification and evaluation of the artworks that are ex-hibited in the context of this academic work.
