Algılanan mobil sağlık hizmet kalitesinin yeniden kullanım niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan kullanım kolaylığının düzenleyici rolü ve mobil sağlık platformları üzerine bir uygulama

Abstract

Günümüz koşullarına bakıldığında tüketicilere sunulan hizmet kapsamının giderek genişlediği görülmektedir. Özellikle de sağlık gibi insan hayatının varlığına temel teşkil eden bir konuda, sadece ülkemiz özelinde değil global ölçekte de önemi giderek artan ve hayatımızda zamanla daha fazla yer eden mobilite kavramının, sağlık hizmetleri temelinde incelenmesi ve mobil sağlık hizmetleri kapsamını anlayabilmek önemli bir husus haline gelmiştir. Bu kapsamda, mobil sağlık hizmet kalitesinin tüketicideki mevut algısını ölçmek ve bu hizmetin tüketici tarafından faydalanılmasını sağlayacak kullanım davranışını anlayabilmek tezin ana amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, mobil sağlık hizmetlerinden en iyi şekilde faydalanılabilmesi için teknoloji kullanımı gibi bir faktörün önemi bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu mobil sağlık uygulamalarının, teknolojinin hızlı değişimiyle birlikte kapsamı da genişlemektedir. Buna istinaden, bu uygulama hizmetlerinden faydalanma noktasında, tüketicinin yeni bir teknolojiyi kabulü gibi bir konunun bu çalışmaya dahil edilmesi yerinde olmaktadır. Teknoloji kabulünün yapı taşlarından biri olan kullanım kolaylığı faktörü bu hususta büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Söz konusu bu tez kapsamında; kalite gibi hayatımızın bir çok alanında yeniden kullanım ve satın alma davranışlarımızı etkileyen bir konunun; mobil sağlık gibi çağdaş bir konu kapsamında incelenmesi ve kullanım kolaylığı algısı ile pekiştirilmesi sonucu hem tüketici hem de sektörel düzeyde fayda sağlaması amaçlanmıştır.Considering today's conditions, it is seen that the scope of services offered to consumers is increasingly expanding. Accordingly, it would be appropriate to include a subject such as the consumer's acceptance of a new technology in this study, at the point of benefiting from these application services. The ease of use factor, which is one of the building blocks of technology acceptance, is of great importance in this regard. Within the scope of this thesis;an issue that affects our reuse and purchasing behaviors in many areas of our lives such as quality in examining it within the scope of a contemporary subject such as mobile health and reinforcing it with the perception of ease of use in order with It was aimed to provide benefits both at the consumer and sectoral level.
