YENİ TEKNOLOJİLER, DEĞİŞEN ENDÜSTRİ İLİŞKİLERİ VE İŞÇİ SENDİKALARINDAKİ DÖNÜŞÜM

Abstract

Yeni teknolojilerin üretim süreçlerinde özellikle de iletişim tabanlı hizmetler sektöründe yoğun olarak kullanılması, mal ve hizmet piyasalarında üretim süreçlerini değiştirerek yeni bir endüstri ilişkileri dönüşümüne neden olmaktadır. Bu gelişmelerle birlikte bu çalışma dönüşen endüstri ilişkileri çerçevesinde işçi sendikalarında var olan ve hedeflenen dönüşümü yeni işçi tipi üzerinden açıklamaya çalışacaktır. Bu yeni işçi tipinin sendikalardan ve toplu pazarlık sürecinden beklentileri ve bu beklentiler çerçevesinde yeni işçi tipinin sendikalara ve sendikacılığa olan ilgileri ortaya koyulmaya çalışılacaktır. Sendikaların bu süreçteki yol ayrımları ve kıstasları ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Diğer bir ifade ile bu çalışmada sendikaların ücret sendikacılığı gibi klasik anlayıştan hizmet sendikacılığı gibi modern bir anlayışa geçiş süreci incelenmiştir.

The intensive use of new technologies in the production processes, especially in the communication-based services sector, leads to a new industrial relations transformation by changing the production processes in the goods and services markets. Together with these developments, this study will try to explain the existing and targeted transformation in trade unions within the framework of transforming industrial relations through the new type of workers. Expectations of this new type of workers from trade unions and collective bargaining process, and within the framework of these expectations, it will be tried to show the interest of new type of workers to trade unions and trade unionism. Roads and benchmarks of trade unions in this process have been tried to put forward. In other words, in this study, the transition process of trade unions from classical understanding to wage unionism to a modern understanding such as service unionism is examined.
