Abstract
MESLEKİ EĞİTİMDE ÖĞRENCİLERİN KÜLTÜR DERSLERİ VE MESLEK DERSLERİ ÖĞRETMENLERİNE KARŞI GÖSTERDİKLERİ DAVRANIŞ FARKLILIKLARININ NEDENLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ Bu araştırmanın amacı; meslek liselerinde eğitim alan öğrencilerin meslek dersi ve kültür dersi öğretmenlerine karşı gösterdikleri davranış farklılıklarına neden olan öğretmen tutumlarını belirlemektir. Bu amaç kapsamında, öğrencilerin hem kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin hem de meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin sınıf içindeki davranışlarını algılama düzeyleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu tez çalışması için saha araştırmasına geçilmeden önce literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Bunun sonucunda öğretmenlerin sınıf içinde ve sınıf dışında gösterdiği etkili öğretmen davranışları belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda uzmanların görüşleri de alınarak endüstri meslek liselerinde eğitim gören öğrencilere uygulamak üzere anket soruları hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan anket, 6 farklı endüstri meslek lisesinde eğitim gören 415 öğrenci tarafından hatasız olarak cevaplanmıştır. Ankete katılan öğrenciler tesadüfi olarak seçilmiştir. Uygulanan anketler SPSS programında değerlendirilmiş ve mesleki eğitimde öğrencilerin kültür dersi öğretmenleriyle meslek dersi öğretmenlerine karşı gösterdikleri davranış farklılıklarının öğretmenlerden kaynaklanan nedenleri ilgili bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Ulaşılan bulgular, tartışmalar kısmında yorumlanmış, kültür dersi öğretmenleri ile meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin sınıf içinde ve sınıf dışındaki olumlu ya da olumsuz davranışlarıyla ilgili görüşlere sonuç ve öneriler bölümünde yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın en önemli sonucu, öğrencilerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun hem kültür dersi öğretmenlerinin hem de meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin kendilerini önemsemediklerini düşünmeleridir.
DETERMINING THE REASONS OF DIVERSITIES IN VOCATIONAL STUDENTS ATTITUDES TOWARD THE TEACHERS OF CULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL COURSES The purpose of this research is to determine the teacher attitudes that cause diversity in the attitudes of students attending vocational high schools towards the teachers of vocational and cultural course. Within the scope of this study, we tried to identify the levels of students’ perception of the cultural and vocational in classes. Literature survey was conducted. The effective teacher behaviors of teachers within and outside the class were determined. The opinions of the specialists were taken and questionnaire was prepared and applied to students vocational high schools. Questionnaire was answered 415 students having education in 6 different industrial vocational high schools. These students were selected randomly. The results of the statistical analysis show that a majority of the students feel undermined by both groups of teachers.
