XIX. asrın sonunda şer’i sicillerde Şirân kazas: ictimai ve iktisadi hayat

Abstract

Çalışmamıza konu olarak Ankara Milli Kütüphanesi'nde bulunan (1317-1318/ 1899-1900) tarihli Şer'iyye sicil defteri esas alınmıştır. Şiran 1 nolu defterde kayıtlı bulunan bu metin transkribe edilmiştir. Tezin başlangıç bölümünde Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki mahkeme teşkilatı ve yargı sisteminin temel unsurları hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin adalet anlayışını en iyi bir şekilde gösteren Şer'iyye sicilleri kısaca tanıtılmıştır. Ardından Şiran kazasının kısa bir tarihçesi anlatılmıştır. Daha sonraki bölümlerde ise asıl üzerinde çalıştığımız 1317-1318 yıllarına ait Şer'iyye sicil defterinde bulunan dava ve kararlar tek tek incelenerek Şiran kazasının sosyo-kültürel, dini, ticari, iktisadi ve mimari yapısına dair bilgiler tespit edilmiştir. En son bölümde ise transkribe edilen metnin tamamı sunulmuş ve metnin aslından bir kısım örnekler verilmiştir. This study bases on legal registration notebook of 1899-1900 (1317-1318) which is in the Ankara National Library. The text which is registered in the notebook of number one of Şiran has been latinized. General knowlegde about the basic elements of Ottoman court institute and judgement system was presented in the beginning of the thesis. Also theo-legal registrations which shows the Ottoman judgement understanding best have been ıntroduced. Furhthermore a short history of Şiran town has been explained. In the forward parts sociocultural, religious, commercial, economic, architectural structures of Şiran town have been stated by searching judments and courts which belong to theo-legal registrations of 1899-1900 (1317-1318) one by one. Those are main texts which we have studied on. In the final part the whole latinized text has been presented and some of original text has been exemplified.
