Abstract
Bu çalışma kapsamında, zeki etmenler (intelligent agents) konusu incelendi. Zeki etmenler bugün yazılım sektöründe birçok alanda kullanılmakta ve kullanıcı için çeşitli yardımlar sağlamaktadır. Zeki etmenleri diğer yazılımlardan ayıran; özerklik, izleme, yetki verme, öğrenebilme gibi özellikleri vardır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde zeki etmenlerin tanımları, kullanım alanları ve karakteristikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde zeki etmenlerin türleri incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda masaüstü etmenleri, uygulama etmenleri, işletim sistemi etmenleri, İnternet etmenleri, web arama etmenleri, bilgi filtreleme etmenleri, intranet etmenleri, veri tabanı etmenleri gibi konular incelenmiş ve bunlara ait bazı örnekler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde etmenlerin en önemli çeşitlerinden biri olan, başka bilgisayarlara gidip onlar üzerinde de çalışabilen, mobil etmenler konusu incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde zeki etmen teknolojisi yapısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bölüm kapsamında zeki etmenlerin erişimi, içeriği, mekanizması incelenmiş, etmenlik ve zeka konusu açıklanarak öğrenme mekanizması üzerinde durulmuştur. Beşinci bölümde gerektiğinde büyük yetkilerle donatılan ve kullanıcı adına kararlar verebilen etmenlerin güvenliği incelenmiştir. Ayrıca güvenliğin daha büyük önem kazandığı mobil etmenlerdeki güvenlik konusu ele alınmıştır. Altıncı bölümde uzman sistemler hakkında verilmiştir. Zeki etmen teknolojisi, uzman sistemlerde de kullanıldığından bu konunun incelenmesine ayrıca yer verilmiştir. Yedinci bölümde ise çeşitli etmen özellikleri sergileyen bir örnek program tasarlanarak analizi yapılmış ve algoritması sunulmuştur.
In this study, we explained Intelligent Agents. Intelligent agents are software entities that are very common nowadays. Intelligent agents are used in many fields of software sector and provide help for many users. They have some features that differ them from conventional programs like autonomy, delegation, monitoring and learning. In the first chapter of this study we dwelt on intelligent agents definitions, the area they are used and their characteristics. In the second chapter, the intelligent agent types are studied. Desktop agents, application agents, operating system agents, Internet agents, web search agents, information filtering agents, intranet agents, database agents and some other kinds of agents are explained. In the third chapter mobile agents, which are the agents that can travel among servers, are explained. Fourth chapter is the chapter that the technology of the intelligent agents is explained. In this chapter, the topics access, content, machinery and learning mechanism are studied. We usually give our rights to the agents to make them do things for us. Thus security is very important for the agents. In the fifth chapter agent security is explained. Security for mobile agent is also studied in this chapter. In the sixth chapter there is about expert systems. Intelligent agent technology is used in expert systems too. So this chapter is needed to be explained. In the seventh chapter a program's algorithm and design is given as an example. This program has some agent properties.
