Abstract
PROFESYONEL FUTBOL KULÜPLERİNDE TRANSFERDENSORUMLU KİŞİLERİN, TRANSFER GÖRÜŞMELERİ ESNASINDAKULLANDIKLARI MÜZAKERE TEKNİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİÖğrencinin Adı: Yunus Emre AKDanışmanı: Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Ümit ORHANAnabilim Dalı: Beden Eğitimi ve SporAmaç: Bu tezin amacı; Profesyonel futbol kulüplerinde transferden sorumlukişilerin, transfer görüşmeleri esnasında kullandıkları müzakere tekniklerininincelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada, her gün kullanılıp farkına bile varılmayan müzakeretekniklerinin, futbolcu transfer sürecinde nasıl kullanıldıklarını öğrenmekamaçlanmaktadır. Futbol kulüplerinde transferden sorumlu kişilerden elde edilenverilerle bu alandaki eksikleri tespit etmek ve bu alana katkıda bulunmakamaçlanmaktadır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılarakyapılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu daha önce profesyonel futbol kulüplerindetransferden sorumlu kişi olarak çalışmış veya çalışmakta olan 23 katılımcıoluşturmaktadır. Profesyonel futbol kulüplerinde transferden sorumlu kişilere 24 sorusorulmuştur. Görüşmeler Zoom, Skype, Whatsaap ve telefonla çevrimiçigerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Elde edilen bulgulardan, profesyonel futbol kulüplerindetransferden sorumlu kişilerin, transfer görüşmeleri esnasında kullandıkları müzakeretekniklerinin belirli bir eğitim neticesinde oluşmadığı, kullanılan tekniklerinkatılımcıların tecrübeleri doğrultusunda şekillendiği tespit edilmiştir. Buna ek olarak;profesyonel futbol kulüplerinde transferden sorumlu kişilerin çalıştıkları lig seviyesiarttıkça müzakere ile ilgili bilgi düzeyinin arttığı da tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to learn how negotiationtechniques, which are used every day and not even noticed, are used in the playertransfer process. With the data obtained from the persons responsible for the transferin football clubs, it is aimed to identify the deficiencies in this field and to contributeto this field.Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using semi-structured interviewtechnique. The sample group of the study consists of 23 participants who haveworked or worked as the person responsible for transfer in professional footballclubs. 24 questions were asked to the persons responsible for the transfer inprofessional football clubs. Interviews were conducted online via Zoom, Skype,Whatsaap and phone.Findings and Results: From the findings obtained, it was determined that thenegotiation techniques used by the persons responsible for the transfer inprofessional football clubs did not occur as a result of a specific training, and thetechniques used were shaped by the experience of the participants. In addition; Inprofessional football clubs, it has been determined that as the level of the league inwhich the persons responsible for the transfer work increases, the level of knowledgeabout negotiation increases.
