Human resources information systems development

Abstract

İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi, çevre ile sürekli etkileşim içinde bulunulan dinamik bir ortamda faaliyet göstermektedir. Faaliyet gösterdiği alan itibariyle, organizasyon içerisinde bilgi yönetimini yoğun kullanan bölümlerdendir. Teknoloji bilgi sistemleri alanında yeni çözümler sundukça, organizasyonlar için İnsan Kaynakları Bilgi Sistemlerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik sistematik bir yaklaşıma ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ortaya konulan model tabanlı İnsan Kaynakları Bilgi Sistemi geliştirilmesi ile uygulamaya yönelik sistematik bir çözüm ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca organizasyonların geçişte yaşayabileceği sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

Human resource management operates in an open, dynamic, interdependent, interaction and adjusting conditions resulting from interactions with the environment. Because of the environment it is operating, the human resource is one of the key consumers of the information. As the technology presents new solutions to the organizations as of information systems, the organizations need a systematic approach to develop a Human Resource Information System. This work, describes a model – based Human Resource Information System development. Also the problems and solution sugggestions during IT diffusion in the organization are discussed.
