Temettüat Defterlerinde Eğrigöz (Emet ve Hisarcık) Nahiyesi’nin Sosyo-Ekonomik yapısı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı Devleti’nin Hüdavendigar Livası’nin Kütahya Sancağı’na bağlı Eğrigöz Nahiyesi’nin sosyo-ekonomik yapısı, hem Temettüât Defterleri çerçevesinde hem de 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı Devleti’nin iktisadi, mali, idari ve sosyal yapısı bağlamında çeşitli yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ilkin, 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı Devleti’nin idari-mali, sosyal ve ekonomik yapıları hakkında genel bilgilere yer verildikten sonra bölgenin bu yapılar içindeki konumu ve durumu ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede Temettüât Defterleri’nde bölgenin nüfus miktarı, nüfusun dinî yapısı, yerleşim ve sosyal grup ilişkileri gibi hususlarla sosyal yapısı; hane reislerinin mal varlıkları, yıllık toplam gelirleri ve gelirin kaynaklara göre dağılımı, gelir-vergi ilişkisi ile sanayi ve ticaret yönleri ile iktisadi yapısı ve yıllık toplam vergi yükü, vergi yükünün dağılımı ve bileşenleri bakımından da mali yapısı mukayeseli olarak incelenmiştir.

In this study, 19 Flags of the Ottoman Empire in the century Kütahya Hüdavendigar Livasi's socio-economic structure of connected Eğrigöz Nahiyesi, both within the framework of the Temettüât Defterleri 19 century Ottoman Empire economic, financial, administrative and social structures were examined in the context of various aspects. In the first study, 19 century general information about Ottoman administrative-financial, social and economic structure has been given and then the location of the region's position and status within this structure has been examined. In this context Temettüât Defterleri in the amount of the region's population, the population of religious buildings, residential and social groups, such as relation with the social structure; head of household assets, total annual income and income distribution by source, income-tax relationship with the industrial and commercial aspects of economic structure and annual total tax burden, tax burden and its components in terms of distribution have been examined in the comparative financial structure
