Publication: 11-12 yaş grubu yüzme, cimnastik ve atletizm sporları yapan bayan sporcuların fiziksel ve motorsal gelişim özelliklerinin karşılaştırılması
Abstract
Bu çalışmada temel spor branşları olarak bilinen yüzme , cimnastik ve atletizm sporlarının bayan sporcuların motorsal ve fiziksel gelişimlerine olan optimum etkilerinin ve birbirlerine göre farklı yönlerinin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla 11-12 yaş gruplarındaki her branştan 15 sporcu çalışmaya alınmıştır. Çalışmada sporculara antropometrik ölçümlerden göğüs çevresi, boy, kulaç, bacak uzunluğu, omuz çapı, triceps skinfold, supscapular skinfold, abdominal skinfold, suprailiak skinfold, calf skinfold, yağsız beden ağırlığı, kilo ölçümleri ; eurofit motor testlerden flamingo denge testi, disklere dokunma testi, esneklik otur uzan testi, durarak uzun atlama testi, el kavraması, mekik, bükülü kolla asılma, mekik koşusu testleri uygulanmıştır. Cimnastik sporu yapan sporcularda motor testlerden flamingo denge testi, oturarak uzanma testi ve mekik testi sonuçları diğer spor branşlarına göre çok daha iyi bulunmuştur. Antropometrik ölçümlerden ise triceps skinfold, supskapular skinfold, biceps skinfold, abdominal skinfold, suprailiak skinfold, calf skinfold, yağsız beden ağırlığı ve kilo diğer spor branşlarına göre daha düşük değerde bulunmuştur. Atletizm sporu yapan sporcularda motor testlerden bükülü kolla asılma testi diğer spor branşlarından daha iyi bulunmuştur. Yüzme sporu yapan sporcularda motor testlerden disklere dokunma testi, durarak uzun atlama, el kavraması test sonuçları diğer branşlardan daha iyi bulunmuştur. Antropometrik ölçümlerde ise göğüs çevresi, boy, kulaç uzunluğu, bacak uzunluğu, omuz çapı diğer spor branşlarından daha fazla bulunmuştur.
In this study, it has been aimed that optimum effects of swimming, gymnastics and athletism sports which are known as base sport branches for motor and physical developments of female athletes and different properties as compared with each other to be determinated. For this purpose, 15 athletes from the groups of 11-12 ages considering all branches mentioned above have been included in the study. In the study, antropometrik measurements, chest circumference, height, fathom, leg length, shoulder diameter, triceps skinfold,, supscapular skinfold, biceps skinfold, abdominal skinfold, suprailiac skinfold, calf skinfold, lean body mass ,weight measurements; considering eurofit motor tests, flamingo balance test, test of touching to the disks, flexibility sit and lie down test, long jumping test by stopping, hands grip, shuttle, hanging with the arm bended, shuttle running tests have been applied to the athletes. Considering motor tests, the results of flamingo balance test, lie down test by sitting and shuttle test have been found much better than other sport branches in the athletes making gymnastic sports. Considering antropometric measurements, triceps skinfold, supskapular skinfold, biceps skinfold, abdominal skinfold, suprailiak skinfold, calf skinfold, lean body mass and kilo have been found less than other sport branches. In the athletes making athletism sport, hanging with the arm bended test, being one of the motor tests, has been found better than other sport branches. In the athletes making swimming sport, the results of test of touching to the disks, long jumping test by stopping, hand grasp test all of which are included in motor tests have been found better than the other branches.
