Abstract
HAZIR GİYİM SANAYİİNDE GİYSİ KONFORUNUN İŞ TULUMU TASARIMINA ETKİSİ “Hazır Giyim Sanayinde Giysi Konforunun İş Tulumu Tasarımına Etkisi” konulu çalışmada, giyim tasarım özellikleri açısından askeri alanda kullanılan iş tulumlarının kullanım konforunu iyileştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Tez uygulama çalışması olarak Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin Yeni Tip İş tulumu tasarımı konusu seçilmiştir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle yeni tip fonksiyonel iş tulumu tasarımına yön veren kavramların anlamları açıklanmış, giysilerin kullanım kolaylığı sağlayacak şekilde tasarlanması ve giysi konforu konularında bilgi sunulmuştur. İş tulumunun tanımı, tarihçesi, askeri üniforma çalışmaları hakkında literatür taraması yapılmış ve askeri ortamlardaki kullanım konforu beklentileri doğrultusunda yeni iş tulumu tasarımları yapılmıştır. Askeri amaçlı iş tulumu kullanan personele mevcut iş tulumlarının kullanım rahatlığı konusunda uygulanan ön anket sonuçlarına göre, Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin beklentisine cevap verecek iş tulumu numuneleri geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen prototip tulumlar askeri personel tarafından kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Aynı personele uygulanan son anket vasıtasıyla personelin yeni tasarımla ilgili memnuniyet derecesi ölçülmüştür. Ön ve son anketlerin sonuçları SPSS yazılımı kullanılarak istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Yeni tip iş tulumu tasarımında istenilen özelliklerin büyük ölçüde iyileştirildiği saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sadece askeri alanda değil Türk Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim Sanayine ve insanlığa yararlı olması bundan sonraki araştırmalara yol gösterecek kaynak oluşturulması ümit edilmektedir
THE EFFECT OF WEARING COMFORT ON OVERALLS DESIGN IN READY-MADE CLOTHING INDUSTRY The study titled “The Effect of Wearing Comfort on Overalls Design in Ready-Made Clothing Industry” is aimed to improve the design of work overalls for better usage comfort. The work overalls used in the Turkish Military Forces is chosen as the subject of study. Firstly, features of functional work overalls are studied. Information is presented on designs for simple usage and wearing comfort. A literature survey is conducted on general views and the history of work overalls including Military Uniforms. A survey, with problem definitions, recommendations and statements, is administered on the Military personnel using the existing overalls. A prototype design is developed in accordance with the data collected via the survey. New overalls are made and test-worn by the military personnel. A post-survey is conducted on the same group of personnel to measure the level of fulfillment of their comfort expectations. The results of the post-survey are statistically compared with those from the pre-survey, using the SPSS software. The statistical analysis shows that the new design of the work overalls fulfills the comfort expectations of the Turkish Military personnel at a higher level than the existing ones. Besides Military Fields, this study is also expected to be helpful for Turkish Textile Ready-Made Industry and a guiding resource for future researches.
