Endüstri ilişkileri ve yabancılaşma

Abstract

Yeni üretim biçimleri ile birlikte önemli bir sorun haline gelen yabancılaşma kavramı, endüstri devrimi ile birlikte geniş biçimde kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Düşünsel alanda olduğu gibi pratik çalışmalarla da incelenen yabancılaşma, endüstri ilişkilerinin daha da derinleştirdiği bir sorun olmuştur. Bu çalışmada yabancılaşmanın felsefi köklerinden başlayarak, endüstri ilişkileri içindeki anlamı tartışılmış, kitle üretiminden esnek üretim biçimlerine kadar üretim ilişkisi ve yabancılaşma ilişkisi sorgulanmıştır. Yabancılaşmanın toplumsal bir sorun olarak dayandığı en önemli temelin ücretli emek ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

After the industrial revolution the term ‘Alienation’ got into wide spectrum of use and is one of big problems in the recent forms of production. ’Alienation’ has been studied from both abstract and pragmatic point of view, yet industrial relationships deepened the matter . This study approaches to the term from its philosophic roots, and then it discusses its place in the industrial relations and questions its relations to the productions in the spectrum of the mass through flexible production. From the social aspect of view it has been concluded that the biggest problem is based on the paid labour.
