Abstract

Dağıtım tabanlı geleneksel sosyal güvenlik sisteminde yaşanan ve yaşanması muhtemel sorunlardan dolayı, geleneksel sisteme gerek alternatif gerek yardımcı olması adına fonlama tabanlı bireysel emeklilik sistemine geçişin hızlandığı günümüzde, bireysel emeklilik sisteminin ülkemizdeki gelişimi ve bu gelişim sürecinde sistemde toplanan ve yatırıma yönlendirilecek fonların, makro bazda sermaye piyasalarına mikro bazda ise kamu finansmanına olan etkilerine ilişkin değerlendirmeler aşağıda yapılmıştır.
