Türkiye’de ve dünyada savunma harcamaları ve offset uygulamaları

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasındaki amaç, Türkiye’de ve dünyada savunma harcamalarını ve offset uygulamalarını incelemek ve ekonomik etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Tezde kamu harcamalarından yola çıkarak savunma harcamalarının kapsamlı bir tarifi yapılmış, daha sonraki bölümlerde ise Türkiye’de ve dünyada savunma harcamalarının özellikleri, boyutları ve offset uygulamaları oransal analizlerle incelenmiştir. Çalışmada Türkiye’de ve dünyada savunma sanayi incelenmiş ve savunma harcamaları diğer ülkelerle kıyaslanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada 1980’den itibaren Türkiye’de ve dünyada savunma harcamalarının iç ve dış faktörler nedeniyle sürekli olarak artış içinde olduğunu göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak ise savunma harcamalarının seçilen ekonomik büyüklüklerle olan ilişkileri korelasyon ve regresyon analizi ile incelenmiştir.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the economic effects of defense spending of Turkey and the world and offset transactions. In this thesis, the defense spending has defined in detail with help of public expenditures, then proporties of Turkey’s and world’s defense spending, its dimentions and offset transactions have been examined with proportial analysis. In this study, the defense industries of Turkey and world are examined and defense spending compared with other countries. Also this examination shows that, since 1980s, Turkey’s and world’s defense spending has been continuously rising because of internal and external factors. Finally, relationship between defense spending and economic indicators selected have been examined with correlation analysis and regression analysis.
