Sahabenin adalet ve fazileti konulu hadislerin delil değeri

Abstract

Sahâbe, Hz. Peygamber tarafından yetiştirilmiş, Kur’ân’ı ve sünneti ondan öğrenerek bize aktaran ilk nesildir. Bu özellikleri sebebiyle onların âdil ve güvenilir olmaları gerekir. Nitekim Kur’an-ı Kerîm’in bir çok âyetinde ve Hz. Peygamber’in değişik hadislerinde ashâbın adâlet ve fazîlet sahibi olduğu vurgulanmış, bu açıdan kuşku duyulacak yönlerinin bulunmadığına işaret edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Hz. Peygamber tarafından icmâlî olarak sahâbenin önemine ve fazîletine vurgu yapan ve hadis âlimleri tarafından senedleriyle zikredilen hadislere yer verilmiştir. Böylece Sahâbenin tamamı âdildir. görüşünün dayanağını tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Tezin giriş bölümünde sahâbe kavramının tanımı yapılmış, fırkaların ve ehl-i sünnetin sahâbeye dair görüşleri açıklanmıştır. Birinci bölümde adâlet ve fazîlet mefhûmu ile kastedilen mânâ, İslâm âlimlerinin görüşleri esas alınarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünü teşkil eden ikinci bölümde, ashâbın adâlet ve fazîleti konulu hadisler, sened açısından değerlendirilmiş, ardından hadislerin muhtevâsı ve delil değeri ortaya konulmuştur. Netice itibâriyle sahâbenin hepsinin adâlet vasfını taşıdığı ve hadis rivâyetinde kasten Hz. Peygamber’e yalan bir söz isnat etmeyecekleri anlaşılmıştır.

Companions who were raised by our Prophet, transmitted Quran and the Sunnah to us by learning from him. Because of these features they have to be fair and reliable. Thus it has been emphasized in many verses of Quran and in our Prophet’s different hadiths that the companions have justice and virtue. From this point of view it is pointed out that they haven’t any doubtful features. In this study, the hadiths which were emphasized by our prophet about the importance and goodness of companion briefly and mentioned by the hadith scholars in the text books, have taken please. Thus it’s aimed to determine the basis of the view that All of the companions are fair. In the introduction part of the thesis, the concept of companion was defined and the opinions of parties and the Ahl al-Sunnah about the companion were explained. In the first part, what is meant by the notion of justice and supremacy is explained based on the views of Islamic scholars. In the second chapter, which constitutes the last part of the study the hadiths on the Prophet’s justice and extravagance were evaluated in terms of sened and then the content of the hadiths and the virtue of the evidence were put forward. As a result, all of the companions had justice and in the hadith narration, it’s understood that they will not refer to a lie to the Prophet.
