Öğrenen Okul Ölçeği’nin Geliştirilmesi Ve Öğretmenlerinin Öğrenen Okula İlişkin Algilarinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, öğrenen okul ölçeği geliştirmek ve öğrenen örgüt sisteminin ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerce algılanma düzeyini tespit etmek, kıdem ile mezuniyet derecesinin algılara etkisini sınamak amacıyla gerçekleştirmiş, tarama modeli bir nicel çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul'da görev yapan ilköğretim öğretmenlerdir. Araştırmanın örneklemi evrenden seçkisiz örnekleme ile seçilen 265 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla "Öğrenen Okul Ölçeği" geliştirilmiştir. Bu ölçek kullanılarak elde edilen verilerle araştırmaya katılan öğretmen algılarının kıdem ve mezuniyet değişkenlerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin kıdem ve mezuniyet değişkenlerinin öğrenen okula ilişkin puanları yordama (açıklama) gücü basit regresyon analizi ile sınanmıştır.

This is a quantitative screening model research developed for building a learning school scale and determining the perception levels of the teachers who work in the elementary schools within the learning school system, examining the effect of seniority and graduation grade in the perception. The target of the research is the elementary school teachers who work in Istanbul. The sample group of the research is composed of 265 teachers selected randomly from the target group. “Learning School Scale” has been developed for the purpose of collecting data in the research. It has been shown whether or not the data collected by using this scale and perceptions of the teachers who join the research differentiate in line with seniority and graduation variations. In addition, the ability of regression that teachers’ seniority and graduation variations play a role on the grades of the learning school has been tested with a simple regression analysis
