Bazı ilaç etken maddelerinin çeşitli metallerle oluşturduğu komplekslerin kararlılık sabitlerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ligand olarak seçilen Gabapentin ve Efedrin ilaç etken maddelerinin protonlanma sabitleri ve Cu (II), Ni (II) ve Cd (II) metal iyonlarıyla oluşturdukları (1:1) ikili kompleks sistemlerinin kararlılık sabitleri belirlenmiştir. Deneyler, 20,0ºC'a ayarlanan sabit sıcaklıkta ve iyonik kuvveti değişmez tutmak için 0,10 mol L-1 NaClO4'lı ortamda, Irving-Rossotti tarafından önerilen Potansiyometrik pH Titrasyonu yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak her iki ligandın da Cu (II) metal iyonu ile daha güçlü kompleksler oluşturduğu ve kararlılık sabitlerinin deneysel yanılgı sınırları içerisinde Irving-Williams sırasına uyduğu bulunmuştur (2). DETERMİNATİON OF THE STABİLİTY CONSTANTS OF THE COMPLEXES OF SOME DRUGS WİTH SEVERAL METAL İONS

In this study, the protonation constants of Gabapentin and Ephedrine drugs were determined by potentiometric pH-titration. The experiments were made at 20,0ºC temperature and 0,10 mol L-1 NaClO4 ionic strength. In addition, the stability constants of the binary complexes of these ligands with Cu(II), Ni(II), and Cd(II) metal ions were calculated. It is found that both of the ligands make strong complexes with Cu(II) than other metal ions and the stability constants of the complexes are in agreement with Irving-Williams order (2) within experimental errors.
