Generative Leadership Scale Development Study

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a valid and reliable scale that includes school principals' generative 06.02.2019 leadership behaviors and the expressions defining these behaviors. As a result of the literature review, the item pool was formed and the scope validity ratios were calculated according to the expert opinion. For the validation studies of the scale, the factor loadings of the items of the scale were determined by applying the Exploratory Factor Analysis.
