Ahmet Hamdi Şirvani ve Türkçe Muhtasar Usulü Fıkıh isimli eserindeki metodu

Abstract

AHMET HAMDi ŞİRVANİ VE TÜRKÇE MUHTASAR USULÜ FIKIHİSİMLİ ESERİNDEKİ METODUBu tezde Osmanlı Devleti‟nin son dönemlerinde yaşayan ve önemli bir âlim vedevlet adamı olan Ahmed Hamdi Şirvânî‟nin hayatı, ilmî kimliği ve Türkçe MuhtasarUsûl-i Fıkıh adlı eseri çerçevesinde usul görüşleri tespit edilip değerlendirilmeyeçalışılmıştır. Tez, bir giriş, iki bölüm ve iki ekten oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezinkonusu, önemi, amacı ve kaynaklarından bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde AhmedHamdi Şirvânî‟nin hayatı, eserleri ve yaşadığı dönemde Osmanlı Devleti‟nin geneldurumu hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise Türkçe Muhtasar Usûl-i Fıkıh adlıeserinde takip ettiği metodu tespit edilmiştir. Birinci ekte eserde geçen küllî kaideler,ikinci ekte ise Türkçe muhtasar usûl-i fıkıh‟ın latinizesi verilmiştir.

AHMED HAMDĠ SHĠRVANĠ AND HĠS METODS ĠN TURKĠSH MUHTASARUSULÜ FIQIHIt has been studied in this thesis, the life, the schoarly identity of an importantscholar and state man, Ahmed Hamdi Şirvânî who lived in the last era of Ottoman State.His opinions and comments on “usul” have also been studied and assessed within thecontext of his masterpiece “Turkish Muhtasar Usulü Fıqıh”. The thesis is made up of anintroduction, two chapters and seven appendixes. It has been handled the subject of thebook, its signifıcance, purpose and references in the introduction part. In the fırst partthe life and the scholarly works of Şirvânî have been discussed and it has also beengiven some about the era he lived in. In the second part of the bookit has been determined the method Şirvânî followed in his “Turkish Muhtasar UsulüFıqıh” ın the first appendix, the universal rules mentioned in the book; in the secondone, the latinization of the book; and in the rest of appendixes, the testimonials in thepremiership Ottoman archives about Ahmed Hamdi Şirvânî have been introduced.
