Abstract
İNTERNETTE GÜVENLİK Günümüzde elektronik ticaretin işlem hacmi hızla büyümektedir. İletişimin ve yapılan işlemlerin dijital platformlarda gerçekleştirilmesi, bu platformların güvenli olup olmadıkları sorusunu da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle, internetin teknik altyapısı üzerinde durulmuş ve farklı bağlantı teknolojilerinin yaşanan güvenlik problemleri açısından karşılaştırılmaları suretiyle, bu teknolojilerin avantaj ve dezavantajları ortaya konmuştur. İkinci bölümde, internette karşılaşılan güvenlik problemleri taşıdıkları ortak özelliklere göre gruplandırılmış ve tek tek açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, önceki bölümde açıklanan sorunlara karşı alınabilecek önlemler incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, elektronik ticaretin en önemli bölümlerinden biri olan elektronik bankacılık konusu ayrıntılı olarak işlenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, Türkiye'de elektronik bankacılık konusunda faaliyet gösteren üç bankanın uzmanlarıyla yapılan, e-bankacılık ve güvenlik konulu röportajlara yer verilmiştir. Son bölümde ise, bu röportajların analiz edilmesiyle ortaya çıkan sonuçlar anlatılmıştır.
SECURITY IN INTERNET Today, the transaction volume of E-Commerce is growing rapidly. Since the communication and transactions are being realized on digital platform, the question occurs whether these platforms are secure or not.. In this thesis, the technical infrastructure of the Internet is primarily analyzed, and by comparing various technologies in terms of current security problems, the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies are shown. In section two, the security problems negotiated in Internet are grouped based on their common properties and described individually. In section three, the measures that can be taken in order to prevent the problems described in the previous sections are specified. In section four, electronic banking, which is one of the most important fields of the electronic commerce, is handled in detail. In section five, the interviews with the specialists from three banks that are active in electronic banking in Turkey about the subject e-banking and security can be found. In the last section, the results of the analysis of these interviews are described.
