İlköğretim okullarında çalışan sınıf ve branş öğretmenlerinin öğrenen örgütü (okulu) algılamaları

Abstract

İLKÖĞRETİM OKULLARINDA ÇALIŞAN SINIF VE BRANŞ ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ÖĞRENEN ÖRGÜTÜ (OKULU) ALGILAMALARI Bu araştırma, öğrenen örgüt paradigmasının ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf ve branş öğretmenlerince algılanma düzeyini tespit etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada öncelikle “öğrenen örgüt” ve “öğrenen okul”a ait literatür incelenmiştir. İlgili literatürden hareketle veri toplamak amacıyla “Öğrenen Okul Ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir. Bu ölçek kullanılarak elde edilen verilerle araştırmaya katılan öğretmen algılarının cinsiyet, kıdem, görev ve mezuniyet, değişkenlerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan fark testleri sonucunda bazı demografik değişkenlere ait alt gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilirken, bir kısmında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır. PERCEPTION OF CLASS AND BRANCH TEACHERS WORKING IN THE PRİMARY SCHOOLS ABOUT LEARNING SCHOOL The purpose of this study is to determine to what extend is the notion of learning organization perceived by the teachers working at primary schools in Turkey. In this research, initially, the literature concerning “learning organization” and “ learning school” was reviewed and subsequently, based on the related literature, “Learning School Scale” was developed. By analyzing the data gathered through this “Learning School Scale” ,it is stated whether teachers' perception of learning organization differs according to variables like age, sex, professional experience, post at school and academic background of the subjects who participated in the research. As a result of the difference tests, while the significant difference is found statistically among the sub grouops of some demographic variables, no difference was noticed statistşcally in some other groups.
