Abstract
BAKIM PLANLAMASI VE İETT GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ'NDEKİ TOPLU ULAŞIM ARAÇLARININ PERİYODİK BAKIM PLANLAMASININ YENİDEN YAPILANDIRILMASI Endüstriyel faaliyetlerin gün geçtikçe karmaşıklaşması, mekanizasyondaki sürekli ilerlemeler, elektronik komponentlerin yaygınlaşması ve otomasyonun artması eksik bir bakım planlamasından doğan zararları her geçen gün arttırmaktadır. Piyasalarda rekabetin artması, belirli kalitedeki mal ve hizmetin, müşterilere daha düşük maliyette sunulmasında önemli bir faktör olarak görülmektedir. Bakım; kısaca, üretim sistemini sürekli olarak faal halde tutabilmek için yapılan faaliyetlerin tümü olarak tanımlanabilir. İşletmelerin mekanizasyonu ve kişi başına düşen yatırım maliyeti arttıkça, ekipmanların bakım-onarımının önemi de aynı ölçüde artmakta ve planlı bakım uygulamalarını bir uzmanlık haline gelmektedir. Birbirine bağlı imalat sistemlerinde, üretim maliyetini minimize etmek ve malı tüketiciye zamanında ulaştırmak kesintisiz üretim ile gerçekleşir. Herhangi bir makine veya aksamı arızalanıp devreden çıktığı zaman, üretim miktar ve kalitesini istenen düzeyde tutmak imkan dışıdır. İETT Genel Müdürlüğü gibi hizmet veren kuruluşlarda ise otobüslerin arızalanarak sefere çıkamaması yolcuların duraklarda beklemesine neden olacaktır. Bir otobüsün arızalanarak yolda kalması, yolcuların işine veya gideceği yere geç kalmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu durum İETT'nin imajını olumsuz yönde etkileyecektir. Günümüzün Toplam Kalite Yönetimi anlayışında, müşteri mutluluğu ön plandadır. Sunduğu hizmet gereği, müşterilerle sürekli olarak direkt temas halinde bulunan İETT için müşteri mutluluğu, bir imalat işletmesine nazaran çok daha önemlidir.
MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND REORGANIZATION OF PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE PLANNING OF IETT'S PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES Development of industrial activities , advencing of mechanic applications, widespread of electronic components and improving automation increase the losses due to insufficient maintenance planning. Increasing the competition in market is a big factor to serve good quality and minimum prices products and services to customers. Maintenance, can be described shortly that, is all activities to keep the production system active all the time. Advencing of mechanizations applications and increasing per capita expenditures of companies are caused the increasing importance of Maintenance. So, maintenance planning becomes an expertness department. In production systems, minimizing the manufacturing cost and serving the product in time to customers can be only with continious production. If any machine or a spare part of a machine brokes, it is impossible to keep the desired product quality and amount. Breaking down the busses of IETT which supplies public bus services for Istanbul city, will cause passengers waiting at bus stops. Breaking down of a bus in service will cause passengers to be late where they go. This will affect IETT's image in negative. Today's in Total Quality Management customer's pleasure is the first. Customer's pleasure is more important in IETT, which contacts with its customers directly than, a manufacturing company.
