Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma fabrika çalışanlarında yalnızlık, depresyon ve tükenmişliğin incelenmesi amacıyla yapıldı._x000D_
Materyal ve Metot: Tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı tipteki_x000D_
bu araştırma, İstanbul'da bir iş yerinde yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini işyeri çalışanları (N=450), örneklemini ise_x000D_
265 çalışan oluşturdu. Veriler, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, UCLA_x000D_
Yalnızlık Ölçeği 3. Versiyon, Beck Depresyon Envanteri_x000D_
ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri ile toplandı._x000D_
Bulgular: Çalışanların yaş ortalaması 33,99±8,15, %_x000D_
78.9’u erkek, %51,7’si ilköğretim mezunu, %83,0’ü işçidir. UCLA yalnızlık ölçeği puan ortalaması 39,83±8,98;_x000D_
BECK depresyon envanteri puan ortalaması 8.06±7.66 ve_x000D_
Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri alt boyutlarından; duygusal tükenme 20,05±7,17, duyarsızlaşma 8,78±3,94, kişisel_x000D_
başarı puan ortalaması 27,90±6,26’dır. Çalışanların UCLA_x000D_
yalnızlık ölçeği, BECK depresyon ölçeği ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak_x000D_
anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur (p˂0,05)._x000D_
Sonuç: Bu araştırmanın bulguları, çalışanların yalnızlık,_x000D_
depresyon ve tükenmişlik puanlarının ilişkili olduğunu_x000D_
göstermektedir.
Objective: This study was conducted for the purpose of_x000D_ examining loneliness, depression and burnout in the employees of factory._x000D_ Materials and Methods: This descriptive and correlational research was conducted at a workplace in Istanbul. The_x000D_ universe of the study comprised the employees of the_x000D_ workplace (N=300) and the sample’ consisted of 265 employees. The data were collected using the Personal Information Form, the UCLA Loneliness Scale (Version 3),_x000D_ the and the Beck Depression Inventory and Maslach Burnout Inventory._x000D_ Results: The mean age of the participants was 33,99±8,15_x000D_ years. Of the participants, 78,9% were men, 51,7% were_x000D_ elementary school graduates and 83,0% were laborers._x000D_ The UCLA loneliness scale mean score of the participants_x000D_ was 39,83±8,98; their BECK depression inventory mean_x000D_ score was 8,06±7.66 and out of the subdimensions of the_x000D_ Maslach Burnout Inventory, mean scores for emotional_x000D_ exhaustion were 20,05±7,17, 8,78±3,94 on the desensitization and 27,90±6,26 on the personal accomplishment_x000D_ subscales. Statistically significant relationships were_x000D_ found between employees' UCLA loneliness, BECK depression and Maslach Burnout Inventory scale scores_x000D_ (p˂0,05)._x000D_ Conclusion: The findings of this research show that there_x000D_ are relationships between employees' loneliness, depression and burnout scores.
