Çeşitli boyutlarıyla kan davası ve namus cinayetleri

Abstract

ÇEŞİTLİ BOYUTLARIYLA KAN DAVASI VE NAMUS CİNAYETLER Bu çalısma iki kavram üzerinde durmaktadır: kan davası ve namus cinayetleri. Bu iki kavrama bakıldıgında bu kavramların, baslıca; sosyoloji, antropoloji ve ceza hukuku gibi birçok zeminde irdelenmesi gerektigi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu anlamda söz konusu çalısmada temel erek, gerek kan davasını gerekse namus cinayetlerini birçok boyutuyla birlikte olabildigince genis bir bakıs açısıyla irdeleyebilmektir. Böyle olunca kan davası ve namus cinayetleri gibi çok boyutlu olgulara çok boyutlu ve bütünsel bir yaklasım sergilenmeye çalısılmıstır. Böylece tez kapsamında, konuyla ilintili birçok disipline ve yaklasıma; örnek olaylara ve istatistiklere yer verilmistir.

BLOOD FEUD AND HONOUR KILLINGS WITH THEIR DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS This thesis aims to analyse two concepts: blood feud and honour killings. Close looking to these two concepts, we can easily foresee that both to concepts should be analysed under several backgrounds, mainly, such as; sociology, anthropology and criminal law. Within this framework the aim of this thesis is to analyse blood feud and honour killings with their different dimensions, in a broader era. Acting within the borders of this framework, dimensional concepts of blood feud and honour killings, are examined under a multi-dimensional and holistic approach. Thereby, several disciplines and approaches, case studies and statistics, that are related with the subject are covered within this thesis.
