Abstract
ABD'de 2007'de başlayan ve birçok ülkeyi etkileyen küresel kriz, mortgage sisteminden ve bunun menkul kıymetleştirilmesindeki problemlerden kaynaklanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kriz çeşitlerini ve mortgage sistemini açıklayarak sözü edilen bu sistemde menkul kıymetleştirmeyi ortaya koymaktır.
The global crisis which affected many countries started in the USA in 2007, and sprang from the problems of the mortgage system and its securitization. The aim of this study is, to reveal securitization in this mentioned system by explaining crisis types and the mortgage system.
