Publication: Türkiye profesyonel futbolunda altyapıda başarılı olmuş kulüplerin yapılanmaları ve yönetim şekillerinin incelenmesi (Altınordu ve Gençlerbirliği örneği)
Abstract
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de altyapı bazında başarılı olmuş kulüplerinin yapılanmaları ve yönetim şekillerinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Türk futbolunda bu kapsamda öne çıkan kulüpler olarak Altınordu Spor Kulübü ve Gençlerbirliği Spor Kulübü olarak belirlenmiş ve bu çalışmada incelenmiştir. Altyapılarda görev alan yöneticiler ile yapılan röportajlar Türkiye’de uygulanan altyapı yönetim şekilleri ve çalışmaları hakkında bilgi edinmemizi sağlamıştır. Araştırmaya Altınordu Spor Kulübü ve Gençlerbirliği Spor Kulübü bünyesindeki dörder yöneticinin katılımıyla röportaj yapılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu için hazırlanan sorular, kulüplerin altyapı yapılanma ve yönetim şekillerinin araştırılması üzerine olup, 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; spor kulüplerin yapısal durumu (4 soru), ikinci bölümde; spor kulüplerinin işletilmeleri (4 soru) ve son olarak üçüncü bölümde de güncel sorunlarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan Altınordu ve Gençlerbirliği Spor Kulübü yöneticilerinin, görüşme formunda yer alan sorulara verdiği cevaplar ve ilgili literatür taraması sonucunda, altyapıda başarı göstermiş kulüplerin, yapılanmaları ve yönetim şekillerinin şekilleri incelenmiştir. Kulüplerin oluşturdukları altyapı modelleri, sporcuya verilen değerler, spora olan profesyonel yaklaşımları, Türkiye’nin en iyi iki alt yapı kulübü olmaları ile doğru orantılı olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
In this study, the clubs’ structures and management methods, that have been successful in infrastructural base in Turkey, was aimed to examined. To this extent Altınordu Sport Club and Gençlerbirliği Sport Club were determined as the most prominent sport clubs in Turkey football. Interwiews with managers, involved in infrastructure, has enabled us to learn about infrastructure management forms and studies implemented in Turkey. Interviews made with four manager from both Altınordu and Gençlerbirliği Sports Clubs. In research, semi-structured interview form was used as data collection tool. The questions are composed of 3 sections that are prepared for he interview form, are based on the investigation of the infrastructure and management methods of the clubs. In the first section, the structural status of sports clubs, in the second section, the operation of management of the sports clubs, and in the last section, current problems of the clubs are analyzed. The structure of the clubs and the management methods of the clubs that have been successful in the infrastructure as a result of the literature review along with the answers given to the questions of the sports club managers participating in the study were examined. Infrastructure model that the clubs are created, values given to athletes, professional approach to the sport has been observed that Turkey’s best infrastructure to be directly proportional to the two sports clubs.
