Kırma katlama makinalarının problemleri ve çözümlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Katlama, basımı bitmiş olan kağıt tabakalarının elle veya özel makinelerle forma (16 sayfa) adı verilen sayfa grublarına ayrılarak katlanmasıdır. Basılmış bir dergi ve kitabın tabaka halinden forma haline gelebilmesini veya bir broşürün katlanarak son şeklini alabilmesini katlama makineleri sağlamaktadır. Buna göre makine kullanıcılarının katlama makinelerini ve katlama ile ilgili bilgileri iyi bir şekilde bilmeleri ve anlamaları gerekir. Bu tezde bu amaçlanmıştır. Bölüm 1'de katlama şekilleri ve katlamada gözönünde bulundurulması gereken hususlar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bölüm 2'de katlama makinaları temel tipleri ve nitelikleri açıklanmıştır. Bölüm 3'de katlama makinalarında diğer olanaklardan bahsedilmiştir. Bölüm 4'de ise katlama makinalarındaki problemler ve çözümleri açıklanmıştır. Bölüm 5'de ise bu tezin sonuçları ve katlamada dikkat edilecek hususlar anlatılmıştır. Signature Folding is folding of the paper sheets manualy or by special machines into groups of pages. Signatures can be obtained by folding of the pre printed sheets of books or brochures on the Signature Folders. So the machine operators should have enough information about the folding systems and machines. The purpose of this study is to give the necessary information for the operators. In the section 1, information about folding types and the necessary tips which should be considered when folding, have been given. In the section 2, basic types and specifications of the folding machines have been explained. In the section 3, the other possibilities, which can be done on the folding machines, have been explained. In the section 4, problems and solutions of the problems on the folding machines have been explained. In the section 5, the results of this study and the necessary points of the folding process have been explained.
