dc.description.abstractTürk'lerde Geleneksel Yorgancılık Sanatı Ve Günümüzde İstanbul'daki Durumu Tezim; Geleneksel Türk Sanatlarından olan yorgancılığın, Türk kültürüne girmesini, geçmişteki önemini, günümüz İstanbul çevresinde kullanılan malzemelerin ve araçların belirlenmesini, yorganların dikim tekniklerinin tespit edilmesini, geçmiş ve günümüz örneklerindeki motif ve desenlerin incelenmesini, İstanbul'daki yorgancılığın durumunu araştırmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractTraditional Quilting Art in Turkish Culture and Its Situation in Today's Istanbul My thesis is analyzing that the entrance of one of the Traditional Turkish Arts Quilting into the Turkish culture , importance of the quilting at the past , identification of the usage of the utilities and the tools at today's Istanbul , establishing the sewing technics of the quilts , analyzing the motifs and patterns into the today's and past's samples and the situation of the quilting in Istanbul.
