Abstract
Rusya Müslümanlarından Ziynetullah Nevşirvan (Зиннятулла Навширванов) (189?-19??) Çarlık Rusyası döneminde dünyaya gelen Tatar aydınlarından olup, Cihan Harbi öncesinde İstanbul’a gelerek Dârülfünunda öğrenim görmüştür. Doğum ve ölüm tarihleri tam olarak bilinmediği için, hayat hikayesine genel bir perspektiften bakılarak, doğum ve ölüm tarihlerine ilişkin tahminler yürütülmektedir. Türkiye’de bulunduğu esnada Kırım Mecmuası, Türk Yurdu, İctihad, İdrak, Kurtuluş ve Sabah gibi önemli gazete ve dergilere yazılar yazarak hem basın alanında aktif rol oynamış hem de Türkiye Halk İştirakiyun Fırkasının kurucuları arasında yer alarak siyasi alanda faaliyet göstermiştir. İlk zamanlarda Türkçülük etkisinde kalarak yazılarını kaleme almış olsa da, 1919 yılında Sosyalizmi benimsemeye başlayınca yazılarını sosyalist bir çizgide yazmaya başlamıştır. Nevşirvan, kadın hakları, sosyalizm ve çeşitli konularda birçok önemli yazı kaleme almış olmasına rağmen araştırmacılar tarafından fark edilmemiştir. Dolayısıyla ne hayatı ne de yazıları hakkında müstakil bir çalışma yapılmamış olması, bize bu alanda çalışma imkanı sunmuş oldu. Tezde, Ziynetullah Nevşirvan’ın hayatından kesitleri ihtiva eden kaynaklardaki dağınık bilgileri kronolojik sıra halinde bir araya getirerek biyografisi bütünsel bir şekilde ele alınmış, Arap harfleriyle kaleme aldığı makaleleri Latin harflerine aktarılmıştır.
Ziynetullah Nevşirvan (Зиннятулла Навширванов) (189?-19??), one of the Muslims of Russia, is a Tatar intellectual who was born in the period of Tsarist Russia and came to Istanbul before the World War and studied at the Darülfünun. Since the dates of birth and death are not known exactly, estimations are made regarding the dates of birth and death by looking at the life story from a general perspective. While he was in Turkey, he both played an active role in the field of press by writing articles for important newspapers and magazines such as the Kırım Mecmuası, Türk Yurdu, İctihad, İdrak, Kurtuluş and Sabah, and also acted in the political field by being among the founders of the Turkish People's Participation Party. Although he wrote his articles under the influence of Turkism at first, when he started to adopt Socialism in 1919, he started to write his articles in a socialist line. Although Nevşirvan wrote many important articles on women's rights, socialism and various subjects, it was not noticed by researchers. Therefore, the fact that neither his life nor his writings have been studied independently has given us the opportunity to work in this field. In the thesis, Ziynetullah Nevşirvan's biography was handled holistically by bringing together the scattered information in the sources containing sections from his life in chronological order, and his articles written in Arabic letters were transferred to Latin letters.
