Abstract
Kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, kurumların gönüllü olarak topluma ve çevrelerine yaptığı faydalı çalışmalardır. Örgütsel bağlılık, çalışan amaç ve hedefleri ile kurum amaç ve hedeflerinin uyumlu olması ve çalışanın şirkete sadakati olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk çalışmalarının çalışanların örgütlerine olan bağlılığını etkilemesi incelenmiştir. Corporate Social Responsibility is profitable implementations which are made by organizations as voluntary to society and their environment. Organizational commitment is compatibility between organization’s goals and objectives and employee’s goals and objectives and also loyalty of employee to organization. In this study, impact of implementations of corporate social responsibility to employees’ commitment for their company is examined.
