Hanefi mezhebi fıkıh usulü’nde sünnet anlayışı

Abstract

Hanefi Mezhebi Fıkıh Usulü'nde Sünnet Anlayışı adlı bu çalışma söz konusu mezhebin Fıkıh usûlü çalışmalarında önemli bir yere sahip olan Hicrî beşinci asrın, üç önemli müellifi Debûsî, Serahsî ve Pezdevî’nin usûl eserlerini merkeze almıştır. Çalışmada bu üç müellifin eserlerinin sünnet bölümleri incelenmiş böylece Hanefî usûlcülerin sünnetin tarifi, mahiyeti, tespiti ve değeri konusundaki düşünceleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada yeri geldikçe elde edilen sonuçların diğer mezhep mensuplarının düşünceleriyle karşılaştırılması da yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Hanefîlerin Kur’ân’dan sonra İslâm’ın ikinci kaynağı olarak gördükleri sünnete büyük önem verdikleri ve özellikle âhâd yollardan elde edilen sünnetin tespiti için hadis usûlcülerinin kriterlerinden farklı sistemler geliştirdikleri müşahede edilmiştir.This thesis titled as The Understanding of Sunnah in the Fiqh Methodology of Hanafi School has focused on the methodological works of Dabbusi, Sarakhsi, and Pazdawi who took an important place in the Works of Usul'ul-Fiqh in Hanafi School in Hijri 5th century. In this thesis, the chapters about sunnah in these three authors' Works have been studied thereby their thoughts on definition, nature, and value of Sunnah has been understood in the thesis. Along with the thesis, the results obtained were compared with the thoughts of the other schools' followers. In the thesis, it has been seen that Hanafis, considering Sunnah as the second source of Islam after Qur'an, considered it very important and developed different systems from the criteria of Hadith Scholars for determining Sunnah especially taken from Ahad ways.
