Publication: Felaketlerden etkilenen ergenlerin psikolojik sağaltımına ilişkin bir grup rehberliği programı
Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Doğal afetlerle karşılaşmış ergenlerin psikolojik sağaltımına ilişkin altı oturumluk bir grup rehberliği programını hazırlamaktır. Hazırlanan bu grup rehberlik programını 17 kişilik bir grup liseli ergene uygulamak ve bu programın ergenlerin, Post Travmatik Stres düzeyleri ile durumluk ve süreklik kaygı düzeylerine olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada kullanılan araştırma modeli Tek Grup Ön-test ve Son-test Modelidir. Bu model, gelişi güzel seçilmiş bir tek gruba bağımsız değişken veya değişkenlerin uygulanması ve sonucun bağımlı değişken üzerinde ölçülmesi, ile oluşan tek gözlemli modele denir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 17 Ağustos depremini İstanbul'da en fazla hisseden Avcılar ilçesinden random olarak seçilen 50. Yıl İnsa Lisesi dokuzuncu ve onuncu sınıf öğrencilerinden random olarak seçilen 17 öğrenciden oluşmuştur. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda verileri toplamak için : Bireyi Tanıma Çizelgesi, Post Travmatik Stres Bozukluğu Envanteri, Durumluk Kaygı Envanteri ve Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, Deney grubundaki deneklerin stres ve kaygı düzeylerini belirlemek için Post Travmatik Stres Bozukluğu ölçeği, Durumluk ve Süreklik Kaygı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçekler yapılan deneysel işlemden önce ve sonra uygulanarak elde edilen verilere Deney grubun ön-test ve son-testleri arasında bir fark olup olmadığını bulmak için Wilcoxon Eşleştirilmiş Çiftler İşaretlenmiş Sıra sayıları Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, Deprem yaşantısı geçirmiş gruba uygulanan post travmatik stres bozukluğu ölçeği, durumluk kaygı ölçeği ve sürekli kaygı ölçeğinin ön-test puanı ortalamaları ile son-test puanı ortalamaları arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur.
The aim of this research is preperation of a group guiding program for six residences that related to adolescents psychological thearapy who was exposed to natural disasters. This group guiding program was applied to 17 high schooler adolescents; and invested their Post Travmatic Stress Levels. This program also invested its effect on program's adolescents trait and state anxiety levels. The model which was used in this research is Single Group Pre-test and Post-test Model. This model that is with single observation, consiots of application of independent variable (s) on the single group which is choosen randomly and measurement of outcome on dependent variable. The sample of the research has consisted of 17 students in 9th and 10th classes at 50. Yıl İnsa School in Avcılar. (They have been choosen randomly). 17 August Earthquake mostly effected this district in Istanbul. With the direction of the research's aim, in order to get data: İndividual recognition table, post travmatik stres defeat inventory, trait anxiety inventory and state anxiety inventory have been used. Whit the analysis of data; in order to obtain stress and anxiety levels of subjects of experiment group; Post Travmatic Stress Defeat Scale and Trait and State Anxiety Scale have been used. These scales has been applied before and after the experimental process. In order to obtain whether there was a difference or not on acquired data; Wilcoxon matched pairs marked ordered numbers test has been used. As a result it was found a signifacant relationship between the means pretastanel- post test scores at both in post travmatik strees and state-trait anxiety scales in the group experienced earthquake.
