Emeğin Teknoloji Algısı: Otomotiv Sanayiinden Bir Örnek

Abstract

Son yıllarda istihdamın hizmetlere kaydığı ve iş’in tamamen şekil değiştirmeye başladığı bir süreç yaşanmaktadır. Yaşanan bu süreçte özellikle üretim teknolojisindeki değişim ve üretim sistemlerinde ortaya çıkan yeni biçimler etkili olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yeni teknolojilerin emek üzerindeki etkileri ve emeğin bu yeni üretim teknolojilerini nasıl algıladığı araştırılmıştır. Bunun için Gebze'de bir otomotiv firmasında çalışan işçilerle saha çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları istatistiksel analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuçta yeni üretim teknikleri ve üretim yöntemlerinin niteliksiz emek yarattığı ve emeğin yaptığı işe yabancılaştığı görülmüştür. Diğer taraftan, emeğin yeni teknolojileri işsizlik riski olarak yorumladığı anlaşılmıştır.

In recent years, a process has seen where employment has begun to shift towards services and work has begun to reshape itself. In this process, particularly change in production technology and new shapes in production systems. In this study, the effects of new technologies on labor and how labor perceived these productions are examine. For this end, a field research has been developed, on workers in an automobile factory in Gebze and its results have been undergone to a statistical analysis. New production techniques and forms (methods) have created unqualified labor and labor has been alienated towards its very work are the results of the study. Besides this, the new technologies as a risk for unemployment, is the other side of the coin.
