Kadı Abdülcebbar'da Aslah teorisi

Abstract

İslâm düşüncesinin teşekkül ettiği ilk yıllarda, aklın Mu‘tezile tarafından belirleyici bir referans olarak kabul edilmesi, zamanla ortaya çıkan problemleri çözme noktasında birtakım farklılıklara zemin hazırlamıştır. Üstelik farklılık sadece diğer kelâmî ekollerle sınırlı kalmayıp Mu‘tezile ekolü içinde de kendisini göstermiştir. Şüphesiz bu hususlardan biri de ilâhî adâletin gereği olarak en iyi ve en faydalı olanı yaratmanın Allah Teâlâ’ya zorunlu olduğunu ifade eden aslah problemidir. Aslah kavramı bir yönüyle ilâhî fiillerin temel niteliği olan adâlet sıfatıyla, diğer yönüyle ise ilâhî zâta birtakım zorunluluklar yükleyen vücûb ‘alellah düşüncesiyle yakın ilişki içerisindedir. Bütün ilâhî fiillerin âdil ve dolayısıyla hasen olduğu şeklindeki kabul, yaratılan her şeyin iyi ve faydalı olmasını gerekli görmektedir. Böylece Mu‘tezilî düşünce, ilâhî fiillerin ahlâkî bir karaktere sahip olduğunu temellendirmiş olmaktadır. Mu‘tezilî düşünce geleneğinin ilke ve esaslarına ulaşma hususunda temel referans olarak kabul edilen Kâdı Abdülcebbâr (v. 415/ 1025), içerisinde yetiştiği bu ekolün aslah konusundaki farklılıklarını ayrıntılarıyla bilme imkânına da sahip olmuştur. Kendisinden önceki düşünürlerin görüşlerini toplu bir şekilde ele alıp yorumlaması yönüyle onun aslaha ilişkin değerlendirmeleri oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Nitekim bu çalışma, aslah kavramının hangi anlamlarda kullanıldığını göstermenin yanında Kâdı Abdülcebbâr’ın aslah yorumunu ilgili kavramlarla olan ilişkisi çerçevesinde sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

In the first years of Islamic thought, accepting the mind as a decisive reference by Mu‘tazila, prepare the ground for a number of differences at the point of solving the problems that arise in time. Moreover, these differences are not only between Mu‘tazila and the other theological schools but also appeared in the Mu'tazila school. Of course, one of these differences it is the problem of aslah which means that it is imperative for God to create the best and most useful thing as the requirement of divine justice. The problem of aslah is in a close relation with the idea of justice which is the basic character of the divine acts and the other hand in a close connection with the thought of “vücûb ‘alellah” which imposes a certain necessity on God. The acceptance of all divine acts as fair and therefoe good, requires that everything was created to be good and useful. Thus, it is based on the fact that divine acts have a moral character.Qadi ‘Abd al-Jabbar who is accepted as the basic reference for the principles of Mu'tazilî thought tradition, he also had the opportunity to know the basic differences in the Mu'tazilî school about the problem of aslah. Because of he was evaluating the views of the scholars who lived before him, his comments about aslah are very important. In this study will be used the meanings of aslah and explain Qadi ‘Abd al-Jabbar’s thought about aslah in the context of related concepts.
