Abstract
TEZ ÖZETİ USÛLÜ’L-FIKH’IN MAHİYETİ VE GAYESİ İlimlerin mahiyet ve gayesine dair Aristo’dan itibaren geliştirilen düşünce ve yaklaşımların, Gazâlî sonrası dönemde müslüman düşünürler tarafından daha da işlenerek İslâmî ilimlere tatbik edildiği görülmektedir. Felsefe-mantık kökenli olan bu terminoloji, fıkıh usûlcüleri tarafından da kendi disiplinlerine uygulanmış, bu çabalar sonucunda fıkıh usûlü muahhar dönemde metod ve terminoloji bakımından yapısal bir dönüşüm geçirmiştir.
OF DISSERTATION THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF USŪL AL-FIQH The ideas and terms about the essence/ nature and purposes of the sciences in the general sense, which was developed by Aristotle and his followers have been accepted and elaborated by the Muslim thinkers since Ghazali. This terminology, which is philosophy-logic oriented is adapted by the Islamic legal theorists to their discipline, that is usūl al-fiqh. And as a consequence of these developments, usūl al-fiqh have been transformed and changed both methodologically and terminologically in the late period of the Islamic sciences.
