Publication: Ortaöğretim özel ve resmi okul yöneticilerinin koçluk becerilerinin karşılaştırılması
Abstract
Bu çalışma ortaöğretimde görev yapan özel ve resmî okul yöneticilerinin öğretmenler tarafından algılanan koçluk becerilerinin düzeyinin görev yapılan okul türü, yaş, cinsiyet, branş, meslekî kıdem ve mezun olunan okul türü açısından değerlendirebilmek için yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla 10 resmî okul, 10 özel okul öğretmenlerine anket uygulanmıştır. İstanbul ili 8 ilçede gerçekleştirilen çalışma tarama düzeyinde yapılmış, anketteki sorular İletişim, Dinleme, Liderlik boyutunda gruplândırılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçların analizi için faktör analizi ve geçerlik ve güvenirlik testi yapılmış ve Mann-Whitney “U”, İlişkisiz Grup “t” Testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA), Kruskal Wallis teknikleri kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Özel okullarda görev yapmakta olan öğretmenler yöneticilerini, resmî okullarda görev yapmakta olan meslektaşlarından daha yüksek düzeyde koçluk becerilerine sahip olduğunu düşünmektedirler. Araştırmanın sonucunda özel ve resmî okul öğretmenlerinin yöneticilerinin koçluk becerilerini algılarında özel okul lehinde anlamlı farklılıklar görülmüştür.
This study is about to evaluate the level of coaching skills of the employees working at the private and public schools' instructors over teachers at the secondary education to have a perspective about the type of school, age, sex, event, professional priority and the type of the graduated school. For this purpose, there has been conducted a survey to 10 public, 10 private school teachers. The study is executed around İstanbul province over 8 districts, the questions at the questionnaire is grouped in communication,listening and leadership. To analyse the final result of the survey, we use factor analysing methood, legality and reliability tests and Mann-Whitney “U”, Independent-samples t test, one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Kruskal Wallis evaluation techniques were used. The teachers working at the private schools think that the instructors at the private schools have better coaching skills than the ones at the public schools. At the end of the survey we find out that, the coaching skills of the instructors at the private and public schools' teachers are all in favour of private schools' instructors, which has a significant difference.
