Publication: Türkiye’de sendika siyaset ilişkisi: DİSK örneği (1967‐1975)
Abstract
Sendika, Siyaset, DİSK, Emek Tarihi ÖZET Bu çalışmada Devrimci İşçi Sendikaları Konfederasyonu (DİSK) sendika-siyaset ilişkisi çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Odaklanılan dönem, DİSK’in kurulduğu 1967 yılı ile 5. kongresini topladığı 1975 arası dönemdir ve dönem içinde izi sürülen konular, DİSK kadrolarının politizasyon süreçleri, bu süreçlerin genel olarak sendikal hareket ve siyasal örgütler ile siyaset, özel olarak adı geçen Konfederasyon içindeki yansımaları ile sendikal ve siyasal söylemi ile eylemlerine olan etkisidir. DİSK’in 1967-1975 arasındaki dönemi sendika-siyaset ilişkisi çerçevesinde incelendiğinde bu dönemin, Türkiye sendikal hareketinin bir kolunun sol siyaset ile ilişki kurarak siyasallaşmasının kurumlaşmasını ifade ettiği daha ilk anda göze çarpmaktadır. Sendika-Siyaset ilişkisi çerçevesinde DİSK’in kuruluşunu ve çalışma kapsamındaki dönemlerini doğru anlayabilmek için öncelikle DİSK’in bir aktör olarak içinde bulunduğu iktisadi, siyasal ve toplumsal yapıyla ve o yapı içinde, başta ilişki kurduğu siyasal aktörler olmak üzere diğer aktörlerle kurduğu ilişkiselliğe odaklanılmıştır. In this study, Confederation of Progressive Trade Unions (DISK) has been investigated at the level of trade union – politics relationship. The period focused in the study covers the foundation of DISK in 1967 to 1975 –the date of its 5th Congress, and the topics discussed include the reflection of these processes generally on the trade union movement, and political organizations and politics, especially the aforementioned Confederation and its place in the discourse on trade union and political actions. In this context, the first thing that draws attention is that this period represents the political institutionalization of one wing of Turkey’s trade union movement with interconnections with left politics. For an appropriate understanding of the foundation of DISK, and the periods covered in this study on the level of Trade Union-Politics, this study is primarily focused on the economical, political and social structure in which DISK is one of the actors, and the associations of DISK with other political actors, especially the ones it has direct relations with. DISK has also been discussed within the dialectics of this association which affects and changes both the structure and the actors.
