Lojistik yönetimi çerçevesinde 6 sigma modelinin taşıma kooperatiflerine uyarlanması

Abstract

ÖNSÖZ Taşıma kooperatifleri yerine getirdiği fonksiyonlar itibarı ile ülke ekonomisinde önemli yere sahiptir. Kooperatifler sivil toplumun ekonomik örgütüdür; çiftçinin, esnafın, işçinin ekonomik savunma aracıdır. Taşıma kooperatifleri yerine getirdikleri fonksiyonlar itibarı ile ülke ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada; Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan taşıma kooperatiflerinin, lojistik yönetimi çerçevesinde 6 sigma modelinin taşıma kooperatiflerine uyarlama etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla öncelikle kooperatif kavramı ve taşıma kooperatifleri incelenmiş daha sonra ise 6 sigma metodolojisi ana hatlarıyla ele alınmıştır. Son olarak ise Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan taşıma kooperatiflerinin önde gelenleri ile görüşülerek şu anki durumları incelenmiş ve yarın nerede olmak istedikleri tespit edilmeye çalışılarak uygulama hakkında bilgi alışverişinde bulunulmuştur.

The forwarding co-operatives have an important role in the economy of the country. Co-operatives are economic organizations of Civil society; economic defense tool of farmers, tradesmen's and worker's. Forwarding cooperatives has a place in country's economy by virtue of its fulfilling functions. In this study, the effects of adaption 6 sigma model to the forwarding cooperatives’ whose area of activity being Turkey with in the frame of logistic management has examined. For this purpose the concept of cooperatives and forwarding cooperatives were examined first and then outlines of 6 sigma methodology has been considered on a prefential basis. Finally, there had been an information exchange about applications with the leadership of forwarding cooperatives’ whose area of activity being Turkey and present situation was analysed making interviews with working on future primary objectives.
