Delalet ve elfaz bahislerinin Kur’ân’ı anlama ve yorumlamada metodik kullanımı : taberî ve cessâs örnekliğinde analitik bir çalışma

Abstract

İslam ilim geleneği içerisinde delalet ve elfaz bahisleri bilhassa fıkıh usulü ilminin temel meselelerinden birini oluşturmaktadır. Konunun ana kaynakları niteliğindeki fıkıh usulü eserleri, delalet ve elfaz bahislerini çoğunlukla Kur’ân hitabını merkeze alarak işler. Bu ilmin, delalet ve elfaz bahislerine Kur’ân’ı anlama ve yorumlama noktasında işlevsel bir rol biçtiğini söylemek mümkündür. Temel uğraş alanı Kur’ân’ın anlaşılması ve yorumlanması olan tefsir ilmi de bu hususlara aynı zaviyeden yaklaşır. Her iki ilim içerisinde delalet ve elfaz bahisleri Kur’ân’ı anlama ve yorumlamada istihdam edilen araçlar olarak tezahür eder. “Delalet ve Elfaz Bahislerinin Kur’ân’ı Anlama ve Yorumlamada Metodik Kullanımı: Taberî ve Cessâs Örnekliğinde Analitik Bir Çalışma” başlığını taşıyan bu tezde tefsir ve fıkıh usulü ilimlerinin ortak zeminlerinden biri olan delalet ve elfaz bahislerinin, Kur’ân’ı anlama ve yorumlamada kullanımı ele alınmış; söz konusu bahislerin anlama ve yorumlama ameliyesinde ne tür bir fonksiyon icra ettiğinin tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Konunun genişliği gereği sınırlama yoluna gidilerek araştırma, Taberî ve Cessâs tefsirleri çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu eserlerin belirlenmesinde zamansal öncelik, fıkhî yetkinlik, telif türlerindeki farklılık gibi kriterler esas alınmış; böylece farklı perspektiflerin delalet bahislerini ele alma biçimlerindeki farklılıkları ve bunların Kur’ân metnini anlama ve yorumlamada kullanımı noktasında ne tür sonuçlar doğurduğunu görme imkânı elde edilmiştir.

In the Islamic scientific tradition, dalala and alfaz (signified and signifier) topics constitute one of the most fundamental issues of the Islamic legal theory (usul al-Fiqh). The works of usul al fiqh, as main sources of the subject, deal with the dalala and alfaz topics, mostly by taking the address of the Qur’an to the center. It is possible to say that this science has given them a functional role in understanding and interpreting the Qur’an. The science of tafsir, whose main field of activity is the understanding and interpretation of the Qur’an, also similarly approaches these issues. In both sciences, dalala and alfaz topics appear as instruments employed in understanding and interpreting the Qur’an. As one of the common grounds of tafsir and usul al fiqh, use of dalala and alphaz topics in understanding and interpreting the Qur’an are discussed in this thesis on the purpose of determination what kind of function these topics perform in the process of understanding and interpretation. In this direction, the research was carried out within the framework of Taberî and Cessâs commentaries by limiting the scope of the subject. In the selection of these works, criteria such as temporal priority, competency in the field of Islamic law, differency in work types were taken as basis. Thus, it has been possible to see what kind of results of different perspectives in talking about dalala and alfaz topics and their employment in understanding and interpreting the Qur’anic text.
