nelimi, Üniversite Öğrencileri ÖZET Ekonomik büyümenin ve işsizlik sorunun çözümünün anahtarı girişimcilikte yatmaktadır. Yönelimler gerçek davranışların en iyi temsilcileridir. Kişilerin girişimcilik yönelimini etkileyen faktörleri tespit ederek, gerçek girişimcilik potansiyelleri hakında ve bu potansiyeli nasıl artırabileceğimiz konusunda fikir sahibi olabiliriz. Bu çalışmayla bireylerin girişimcilik yönelimini etkileyen faktörler tespit edilmiştir. Bir devlet ve bir özel üniversitenin öğrencileri ve üniversite mezunu çalışanlardan oluşan 563 kişilik geniş bir örneklem kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Bu veriler, SPSS 15 kullnılarak çeşitli analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Bu analizler sonucunda, bireyin girişimde bulunmaya yönelik tutumu ve ailenin bu eyleme onayı, başarı güdümlü ve çevresel ve sektörel açıkgözlü karakter yapısı, ve sosyal networkler ve bilgiye erişim kişinin girişimcilik yönelimini etkileyen faktörler olarak bulunmuştur. Modelin yüksek açıklayıcılık gücü detaylı yönelim modelleri kurmanın isabetli sonuçlar vereceğini göstermektedir. The key in solving un-employment and attaining economical growth lies in entrepreneurship. Intentions are the single best predictors of actions. By determining the factors that affect entrepreneurial intentions of the individuals, it is aimed to have an idea of the entrepreneurial potential aof the individuals and how this potential can be increased. With this study, the factors that affect entrepreneurial intentions of individuals are determined. Data was collected from the students of a state university and a foundational university from İstanbul and from university graduate employees residing mainly in İstanbul. Overall, 563 useable survey was gathered. This data was processed using SPSS 15. With these analyses, attittude, subjective norm, need for achievement, entrepreneurial alertness, social Networks, availability of business information were found to be the factors that affect intentions. The high explanatory power of the model proves the validity of using more comprehensive intention models. The hypotheses related with demographic factors receive no support in the analyses.
