Abstract
Örgüte bağlanma, insan faktörünün oldukça ön plana çıktığı günümüzde, kişinin desteğini, çabasını örgüte yönlendirmek, kişiyi örgütle bütünleştirmek açısından son derece önemlidir. Eğer işletme içerisinde çalışanlar örgüt kimliğini benimser ve örgütün değerlerini paylaşırlarsa, örgüt açısından başarıya ulaşmak daha kolay olacaktır. Bu nedenle ileriki yıllarda örgütüne bağlı, örgütünün değerlerine sahip çıkan çalışanlara sahip olabilmek işletmeler açısından önemli avantajlar yaratacaktır. Çalışanların örgütün değerleri ve amaçları ile içsel bir bağ kurma düşüncesinden hareketle, örgüte bağlanma olgusunu geliştirebilecek unsurlardan biri olarak lider üye etkileşim kalitesi değerlendirilmektedir. Lider-üye etkileşiminin boyutu ve kalitesi örgüte bağlanma olgusunu desteklediği oranda, şirketlere rekabetçi avantaj sağlayan en önemli stratejik faktör olarak görülmektedir. Örgüt üyelerinin çoğunluğu tarafından algılanan ve örgüte belirli bir kimlik kazandıran örgüt iklimi kavramı, örgüt içerisindeki insan davranışlarını açıklamada büyük önem taşımaktadır. Dolayısıyla, örgüt içindeki atmosfer yani örgüt ikliminin sunduğu imkânlar da, lider ve üye etkileşiminin etkinliğini belirler. Kuruldukları ülkelere büyük katkıları olan aile şirketleri, ülkelerin gayri safi milli hâsılalarına katkılarının yanı sıra ülke istihdamına da katkıları önemli boyuttadır. The percentage of leader-member relationship and quality as much as the percentage of support for organizational attachment, is seen as the most significant factor that provides advantage to the companies at their competition. Perceived by the majority of members of the organization and brought an identity to the organization, concept of organizational climate has a great importance in the explanation of human behavior. Therefore, the opportunities offered by the atmosphere, ie, organizational climate, determine the effectiveness of the leader-member exchange.
