Ofset baskıda kullanılan blanketler ve kullanım alanları

Abstract

Ofset baskı sistemi endirek bir baskı yöntemidir.kalıp üzerinde oluşan görüntü, önce blankete geçer, blanketten de baskı materyaline basılır.Bun- dan dolayı ofset baskı için blanket ve basılacak işe uygun blanket seçimi çok önemlidir.Bu seçim basılacak işin özelliğine (tire,tramlı,zeminli,yük- sek tram sıklığı içeren v.s.)göre seçilmesinin yanında,makinenin tabaka veya bobin şeklinde materyale baskı yapması ve saatlik baskı hızına göre de değişiklik arz eder. Tezimde;ofset baskıda kullanılan blanketlerin;katmanları ve bunların ö- zellikleri ,işe uygun seçimi,besleme kuralları ve beslemede kullanılan mal- zemeler ve makineye takılırken dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar,bakımı, ya- rattığı hatalar ve çözüm yöntemleri anlatılmıştır. Offset printing is an indirect printing method.The image created on the mould passes onto the blanket first.Then, it is printed on the printing material.For this reason, blanket and the choice of a suitable for blanket the work to print is extremely important.This choice may vary dependig on the work to print (sewing cotton,with tram, with background, hig,including tram tightness etc.)on the machine that squeezes the material in the form of coating or spool and also on theprinting speed per hour. Concerning the blankets used in offset printing; the layers and their pecularities,the right choice of them for the work, feeding regulations and the materials used for feeding and important insructions to install them into the machine, its maintenance, probable problems and the methods to solve these problems were explained in my thesis.
