Abstract
İmamet konusunda olan ihtilaf müslümanlar arasında ki ilk ve en tehlikeli ihtilaftır. Bu ihtilaf Hz. Peygamber'in vefatından hemen sonra başlayıp günümüze kadar devam etmiş ve müslümanların pek çok mezheplere bölünmesine sebep olmuştur. Bu mezheplerin en büyüğü ehl-i Sünnet sonraki ise isnaaşeriyye Şiasıdır. İsnaaşeriyye Şiası ehl-i Sünnet'ten imama has kıldığı özellikleriyle ayrılır. Muhakkak ki has kılınmış bu özelliklerin en önemlisi ve kendisinden diğer özellikler doğmuş olan ismet sıfatıdır. Şöyleki imamın Allah tarafından tayin edilmesi gereği masum olmasından kaynaklanıyor çünkü Allah'tan başka hiç kimse masumun kim olduğunu bilemez, bu konuda insanın bir faktör olması düşünülemez. Bu özelliğe binaen imamın yaşadığı dönemin en üstünü olduğu söylendi çünkü hiç yanlış yapmayan kimseden daha üstün bir insanın bulunabileceği düşünülemez. Daha sonra da imamın içinde şüphe barındırmayacak kadar kesin ve benzeri bulunmayan bir ilmi olduğu söylendi çünkü bireyin yanlış yapmaması için yanlış ve doğruların temamını bilmesi gerekmektedir. İmamın bir özelliği de sadece Hz. Hüseyin'in neslinden olmasıdır bunun gereği tarih boyunca ismet sıfatını savunan herkesin bu yönde fikir beyan etmesindendir. Aynı zamanda masumun mucizeyle birlikte gelmesi de gerekmektedir. İnsanların her zaman masum bir imama ihtiyaç duyması fikrinden hareket ederek imamın devamhğı özelliği ve beklenen mehdi muntazar fikri ortaya çıkmıştır. İstanbul,2003İbrahim AL-HALALŞEH
The first and the most dangerous disagreement held among the Muslims and still dividing them since the death of the prophet Mohammad (p.u.h) up to this time is the disagreement in the subject of Imamate (leadership). That disagreement has divided Muslims into many sects; The biggest sect was Sunnis then Sheizm. Sheizm has separated from Sunnis in the subject of Imamate because of their own special characters that they have bestowed upon Imam drown in their own perspective. The most important character which we believe that the other characters of Imam was built upon it is the character of infallibility of the Imam. For example Sheizm depends on the infallibility of the Imam to prove that Imam can't be selected from the people since they can't know who the infallible man is, so Imam must be selected from God because He is the only one who knows that. Then Sheizm gives the character of the priority and preference of Imam among the people who live in his era and that because of the logical fact that the man who doesn't mistake absolutely must be considered the most preferred and prior man. And depending again on the principle of the infallibility Sheizm said that Imam has a super and perfect knowledge because of the fact that Imam doesn't mistake and that means that he knows in a certain way the Tightness and the falseness of every thing. Then they have said that the Imamate must be restricted in the generation comes from al-Hussein b. Ali and that because of the fact that all those who believe in the principle of infallibility have restricted it in the sons of al-Hussein b. Ali. Then Sheizm said that the infallible must show a miracle proves and presents his infallibility. Finally Sheizm said that depending on peoples permanent and unremitting need to an infallible man among them they said that the infallible Imamate must have been always perpetuated up to the Doom day, consequently they believe that the XII.
