Abstract
OBEZ ADÖLESANLARDA YÜKSEK ŞİDDETLİ ARALIKLI ANTRENMANLARIN İNFLAMASYON VE OKSİDATİF STRES BELİRTEÇLERİNE ETKİSİAmaç: Obez adölesanlarda 12 haftalık yüksek şiddetli aralıklı antrenmanların (HIIT) vücut kompozisyonu, kan lipidleri, adipoz doku hormonları, metabolik, inflamasyon ve oksidatif stres belirteçlerine etkisinin değerlendirilmesidir.Yöntem: Obez 32 gönüllü adölesanın (yaş: 15.28±2.93 yıl, BKİ:33.21± 4.98 kg/ m2, A=16; K=16) antropometrik (boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, bel ve kalça çevresi, bel/ kalça oranı) ve vücut kompozisyonları (Tanita SC 330MA) belirlenmiş, kan örnekleri analiz (Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC, 2011-06, USA, ELISA-Thermo Scientific, ABD) edilmiştir. Antrenman grubu ve kontrol grubu istirahat EKG ve tansiyon takipleri yapılarak sağlık kontrollerinden geçirilmiştir. Antrenman grubu 3 haftalık ön adaptasyon çalışmalarının ardından (30 dk 40-45 Rpm, Matrix U3X dikey bisiklet); 1., 2., 3., 4, hafta: HRmax % 90-95 (30 sn yük.-60 sn din.) / 3 tekrar (12 dk); 5., 6., 7., 8. hafta: HRmax %90-95 (30 sn yük.-60 sn din.)/ 4 tekrar (14 dk); 9.,10.,11.,12. hafta: HRmax % 90-95 (30 sn yük.-60 sn din.)/ 5 tekrar (16 dk) olacak şekilde antrenman uygulanmıştır. Antrenmanların maksimal kalp atım hızı ve dinlenme aralığı nabız ölçer (Polar M400) ile takip edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmada uygulanan GLMM modeli sonuçlarına göre, grup, yaş ve zaman etkileşimin insülin paremetresinde; grup ve zaman etkileşimin bel ve kalça çevresi, HDL(mg/ dl) hariç diğer tüm metabolik ((insülin (U/ L), glukoz (mg/ dl), HOMA-IR, total kolestrol (mg/ dl), LDL (mg/ dl), trigliserid (mg/ dl), adiponektin (µg/ ml), leptin (ng/ ml) ve tüm inflamasyon parametrelerinde (hsCRP (mg/ dl), TNF- α (pg/ ml), IL-6 (pg/ ml), ve prooksidan parametrelerden AGE (RFU), istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Grup ve cinsiyet etkileşimin vücut yağ yüzdesi ve toplam vücut suyu yüzdesi paremetrelerinde etkisi anlamlı olduğu (p<0,05), prooksidan parametrelerden ROS (RFU), TBARS (nmol/ mL) parametrelerinde anlamlı olmadığı belirlenmiştir (p>0,05). Antioksidan parametrelerinin tümünde ise, (FRAP (µmol/ L), SOD (U/ mL), GSHPX (nmol/ mL/ dk), total SH (µmol/ L)) grup, zaman, yaş ve cinsiyet etkileşimi olmamıştır (P<0.05).Sonuç: Obez adölesanlarda uygulanan 12 haftalık HIIT programının metabolik parametrelerde, kan lipidlerinde, oksidatif stres belirteçlerinde, inflamasyon üzerinde olumlu etkileri vardır.
THE EFFECT OF HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING ON INFLAMMATION AND OXIDATIVE STRESS MARKERS IN OBESE ADOLESCENTSSUMMARYObjective: Evaluation of the effect of 12-week high intensity interval training (HIIT) on body composition, blood lipids, adipose tissue hormones, metabolic, inflammation and oxidative stress markers in obese adolescents. Methods: Obese (age: 15.28 ± 2.93 years, BMI: 33.21 ± 4.98 kg / m2, A = 16; K = 16 ) 32 volunteer adolescents anthropometric (height, body weight, waist and hip circumference, waist / hip ratio) and body compositions (Tanita SC 330MA) were determined, blood samples were analyzed (Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC, 2011-06, USA, ELISA-Thermo Scientific, USA). The HIIT group and the control group were subjected to health checks by resting ECG and blood pressure. The training group started after 3 weeks of pre-adaptation studies (30 min 40-45 Rpm, Matrix U3X stationary bike). The participants in the HIIT group participated in a 12-week stationary bike HIIT workout for 3 days a week involving 30 sec of work and 60 sec of resting intervals with 90-95% of the maximum heart rate reserve (HRR max) (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week / 3 repeats-12 min; 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th / 4 repeats-14 min; 9, 10, 11, 12. week / 5 repeats-16 min). The intensity of the exercises was monitored with pulse meter (Polar M400). During this period, the control group did not participate in an exercise program. Results: According to the results of the GLMM model applied in the study, in the insulin parameter of the interaction of group, age and time; waist and hip circumference of the group and time interaction, all metabolic ((insulin (U / L), glucose (mg / dl), HOMA-IR, total cholesterol (mg / dl), LDL (mg / dl) / dl), triglyceride (mg / dl), adiponectin (µg / ml), leptin (ng / ml) and all inflammation parameters (hsCRP (mg / dl), TNF- α (pg / ml), IL-6 (pg / ml), and AGE (RFU), one of the pro-oxidant parameters, was determined to be statistically significant (p <0.05). The effect of group and gender interaction on body fat percentage and total body water percentage parameters was significant (p <0.05), among the parameters, ROS (RFU), TBARS (nmol/ mL) parameters were not significant (p>0.05). There was no group, time, age and gender interaction in all antioxidant parameters (FRAP, SOD, GSHPX) (P <0.05).Conclusions: The 12-week HIIT program applied in obese adolescents has positive effects on metabolic parameters, blood lipids, oxidative stress markers, and inflammation.
