Publication: Yeni 7-oksi-4,8-dimetil-3-pentilkumarin içeren metalli ftalosiyanin komplekslerinin sentezi, karakterizasyonu ve bazı fiziksel özelliklerinin incelenmesi
Abstract
Aromatik makrosiklik bileşiklerden olan ftalosiyaninler, 18π-konjuge elektron sistemine sahip olup, kolay dizayn, kimyasal kararlılık, yükseltgenme indirgenme özelliği ve yoğun mavi yeşil renklerinden dolayı üzerinde çok fazla araştırma yapılmış bileşik grubudur. Ftalosiyanin bileşikleri, iyi düzeyde elektriksel iletkelik özelliklerinden dolayı çeşitli uygulamalarda kullanılabilmektedirler.Kumarinler ise, doğal bitkilerin sekonder metabolitleri olarak bulunan ve aynı zamanda sentezlenebilen kimyasal bileşiklerdir. Bazı önemli kumarin bileşikleri farmakoloji ve tıp gibi uygulama alanlarında kullanılmaktadır. Kumarinler anti-koagülan, antikanser, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-oksidan ve anti-bakteriyal, antihelmintik özelliklere sahip farmakofor bileşiklerdir.Bu tez çalışmasında üç tip (Zn, Co, Cu) metal içeren 7-hidroksi-4,8-dimetil-3-pentilkumarin sübstitüe ftalosiyanin bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşikler saflaştırılmış, yapıları aydınlatılmış, elektriksel iletkenlik özellikleri ve yoğunluk fonksiyonel teori hesaplamaları incelenmiştir.
Phthalocyanines, one of the aromatic macrocyclic compounds, have 18π-conjugated electron system and they are a group of compounds on which much research has been carried out due to their easy design, chemical stability, oxidation-reduction feature and intense blue green color. Phthalocyanine compounds can be used in various applications due to their good electrical conductivity properties.Coumarins are chemical compounds that are found as secondary metabolites of natural plants and they can be synthesized at the same time.Some important coumarin compounds are used in applications such as pharmacology and medicine. Coumarins are pharmacophore compounds with anti-coagulant, anticancer, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial, anthelmintic properties.In this thesis, three types of metal phthalocyanine compounds (Zn, Co, Cu) were substituted with 7-hydroxy-4,8-dimethyl-3-pentylcoumarin groups.The synthesized novel compounds were purified, their structures were characterized, their electrical conductivity properties and density functional theory calculations were examined.
